this place stands out because of the live music and the semi-formal setting. the music starts at 10 and ends around 1. we went on a wednesday and they were serving onlydrinksand starters.
the music is great, however it can be a real problem when people start smoking inside. what was astonishing that even though there is a big board that reads "no smoking, smoking here is an offence", customers freely smoke.
when i talked to the staff members about it, they said that the management is aware of all this but doesn't want to do anything about it. clearly, these people are more concerned about their business rather than the discomfort of the guests or their reputation. also, i felt they were under-staffed.
the place which initially gives a high-end feel, seems cheap and third grade.

my absolute favourite place to party with friends z the food anddrinkshere are okay. what i love about this place is beautiful ambience and great soulful sufi and bollywood band nights . the crowd here is really good. recommend for party people.

well let’s talk about the food anddrinksfirst. we ordered for liit pitcher along with some beer and scotch and the liit was goood! also we ordered for fried mushrooms which was done good. music was amazing with sahil syndicate. saturday night done right. the only disappointment which almost ruined the entire night was the wrong items put in our bill and it took bloody 1 hour or more for the staff and manager to fix it! why would this happen to anyone on saturday!

except this everything was on the point!

satva is always a yes when looking for a good live band place in the city. the menu is reasonable and the crowd is usually nice. weekends are packed, however, the place is not so crowded during weekdays. the food is delectable and thedrinksmenu is elaborate.

it was monday and i had an awesome time at satva. didn’t expect it to be so amazing on a monday evening, but they lived upto the expectations with really nice band that was playing and great service.
the crowd was really good and so were thedrinksand food.

this is a pretty chill place to party. the live band scene here was amazing when i went. the food anddrinksare quite nice. the liit was good, sangria could be done better.

some places just leave an impact and this is one of them, sadly not so much because of the food but more because of its ambience and drinks.

ambience 4/5: the place is small, dim lit but one of the best live music place making you dance on the tunes played by their professionals and always jam packed with people.

service 3.5/5: ourdrinksand starters arrived quickly but the main course took a lot of time since the waiter kept forgetting our order despite telling couple of times. other than that they were polite and helpful.

food anddrinks3.5/5:drinkswere made to perfection like they has to be. starter was good but the main course was average, wholesome but became difficult to finish after 5 minutes.

value for money 4/5: for the quantity they serve and the gala time you will have at this place, even after adding up thedrinksthe bill was quote reasonable.

a must visit place especially if you are in party mood.

poor service and too costly. it cost 20k for 10 person. no discounts and harddrinksprice is double as compared to other restaurant such as tamzara or mobe . rating i have given is only for the band which made our evening .

finally found a place in chandigarh that caters to live music lovers. i am personally a big fan of live music and satva does a complete justice to it's hype. the setup, ambience, crowd, bands, everything is just awesome. i don't remember about food ordrinksbut who care, i got what i wanted and satva earned a new permanent fan.

the place has a really good ambience.dim lights and brick effect, though the place is small . nevertheless they have utilised the place well.nothing extraordinary about the food.it's usual-a little something to go with thedrinkssorts.service is good.music is amazing!!! it's lovely to be here on the night of a band perfomrance- friday,saturday, sunday and wednesday.bands usually start performing by 10:15 ish not before that.love their band performances.

what a great place to hangout wid ur near n dear ones. crowd and d ambeince was awsum. mixindrinkswid live band was a great kick and d chicken starters were a topping. great place.

i had already been to buzz and moved out from there at around 12:30 after having my round ofdrinksand food, still hungry, me and my wife were looking for some option to eat when we some crowd outside mainland china. surprised and thinking it is still serving, we went to check but it was closed. what was open was this place called satva in the basement.
the lady outside said there was a cover of 2000 bucks. my wife was not in a mood for that cover since we had already haddrinksand food, all we wanted was some noodles to eat. listening to the music, i insisted her to at least check out the place.
so i stood there and thus they allowed her to go down stairs and she came back smiling - an indication that it was my turn. i went in next and i came back even quicker, paid immediately and went back. this was it, this was the place i was looking for.
the atmosphere was rocking, the ambiance was even better and the crowd, superb, mature elite 30+ couples. the place was packed at 12:45 am and it was supposed to open until 02:00, how cool is that, wish delhi could change.
the live band was great, it was so refreshing. food was disappointing though, ordered chilli garlic noodles and they really took the name by heart, it had no vegetables, plain noodles. seriously?
spring rolls were thai rolls, again not something i wanted. chicken tikka was just fine. in fact they were not even ready to serve noodles first, some weird concept, noodles were not allowed there, really?
but then the place definitely rocks. i just wish food could be better though.

i went to satva with a friend and took their 499 unlimited snacks offer. we started ok as the staff showed us the seats and quickly placed water and chips on the table. thats all we had for the next 30 minutes - chips. as if they wanted to fill us up before showing the chicken.

we asked about their 1+1 ondrinksn settled for a heineken each. when we asked for our second round the waiter told us that since we both had drunk the bottles we both would get heinekens in our second round. it took us quite a bit of cajoling to convince the staff to see our way.

overall the food was average and thedrinksissue killed the day.

the live band makes it impossible to have a chat with your friends.
