a definitive change for every chandigarhite, satva has a lot to offer. first and foremost, the semi finished interiors done aesthetically with the typical lampshades hanging adds to the decor of the place. however the heavy pillar supports in the middle kind of seem like an unnecessary space occupier. the sitting could have been more, but at the same time, it's perfect as you are sure that it won't get much crowded ever, because you really can't stand and wait for it to get vacant. only the servers be there and the manager who keep roaming from the bar side to the exit.

having visited on a wednesday and a friday, the sufi bands guruz and aavriti respectively ensured that our evenings would be nothing short of musical roller coaster. really hard to tell which one was better.

however, food is bit of a dampener. we ordered chicken seekh kebab, paneer platter, crispy vegetables along with fruit punch, mango mojito, along with regulars like soft drinks, red bull, beer and bailey's. the paneer was not soft enough and crispy vegetables were too salty. it gets little heavy on the pocket considering that you're bound to order quite a lot of stuff while the band showcases their talent, becomes really hard to get up.

would only recommend going on wednesday or friday.

a decent place to hang out with friends. the live music is a good magnet point...but it's very claustrophobic. too few seats and a lot of structural members, columns and two big pedestals make it a bit dingy...nonetheless, they made great liit and their wine collection was also decent...the dimsums, chilli potatoes and chicken kebabs were delicious...

superb place and great music .. live band and drinks- awesome combination.

this place stands out because of the live music and the semi-formal setting. the music starts at 10 and ends around 1. we went on a wednesday and they were serving only drinks and starters.
the music is great, however it can be a real problem when people start smoking inside. what was astonishing that even though there is a big board that reads "no smoking, smoking here is an offence", customers freely smoke.
when i talked to the staff members about it, they said that the management is aware of all this but doesn't want to do anything about it. clearly, these people are more concerned about their business rather than the discomfort of the guests or their reputation. also, i felt they were under-staffed.
the place which initially gives a high-end feel, seems cheap and third grade.

got amazed by the live band there. went there with colleague friends. great taste of food with chilled experience even after the tiredness of work.

the band starts playing. the tables get occupied with people instrlead of "reserved" signs.

the card recharge and order is system is very good.

ambiance is amazing.
staff is very cordial.
crowd is very hep.
music is wonderful.
drinks are crisp.

the cocktails are very hood.

also had a few starters. very normal. nothing special. good to go with the drinks..

actually enjoyed standing at the bar than sitting on the table.

my absolute favourite place to party with friends z the food and drinks here are okay. what i love about this place is beautiful ambience and great soulful sufi and bollywood band nights . the crowd here is really good. recommend for party people.

only couple entry as a policy which they didn't inform me beforehand when i called and neither did they accept a prepaid dineout coupon for the restaurant.

love the ambience and music.....pasta was amazing loaded with vegetables....paneer was soft and flavourfull....enjoyed

the band playing there was enjoyable however, everything goes downhill from there. the sangria was astrocious, made with cheap red wine and stale apples for 440ish. the spring rolls were oily and other starters were average. quite a dull and disappointing experience.

need a place to chill and let your hair down, look no further than satva. i just get mesmerized with the music and ambiance. food is simply awesome and so is the service.

one of my favorite places to party. amazing ambience, always has really talented singers. courteous staff. chilly chicken my favorite starter ..yummy. owner manav is a amazing singer himself, very down to earth and polite. a must go for every one visiting chandigarh. perfect hangout for weekend

had food poisoning after having fruit punch mocktail and honey chillie cauliflower ## live band was just in terms of name #there was just one singer and one guitarist.# the voice was good but it was so monotomous that i was yawning and sleeping there # worst visit

we had veg pizza, non veg pizza, veg nachos. the non veg pizza was good, i was surprised the veg pizza was also as good as the veg pizza with fresh veggies and great quality mozzarella cheese.

the veg nachos were a let down with mashed potatoes covering the nachos, that was unexpected and no one at the table liked them.

overall satva is good for a party as its interiors are designed in that manner.
