i was in satva for this weekend.. i had worst experience with the staff there which ruined my entire evening. i liked the place & i am a regular customer of satva but after this experience i am never ever gonna go to that place & also m gonna tell everyone not to visit satva. there are other lounge bars too who have better services. the staff in satva is highly unprofessional & rude. they don't know how to speak with the customer specially mr. vikrant kumar (asst. manager, satva). he needs some lessons in hospitality or else he should be thrown out. he doesn't deserve to be there. he is such a cheap person who is spoiling the reputation of your bar. i had very bad experience & he made the entire situation very embarrassing for me & my friends. the lady at the entrance confirmed us the table but somebody out of the staff told us to move to the other table & we did accordingly but later on the manager came & he said "just leave the table". all of our order was on the table & he was so rude throughout. we were a group of girls, he does't even realize to respect that. there is a way to communicate things & that too when you're into hospitality sector. i don't know who has recruited him, he does not deserve to be there.
