so disappointed. we read the positive reviews and off we went, ready forgreatribs.greatexpectations, dashed! essentially, the ribs lacked smoky flavor, otherwise they were tender and falling off the bone. also, the pulled pork had no flavor even though it was also tender. we talked to the staff about the lack of smoke flavor and they said the ribs are smoked for 4 hours, similar for the pork -- we're not sure why the lack of flavor. we've eaten bbq all over the country and this just doesn't taste authentic. try redbones in somerville, ma.
