eat here everytimewe are here....sometimes twice. early bird special, 5$ martinis, outstanding service, huge fish tank, kid friendly, casual dress, what is not to love about this place!

a great find off the beaten path. when you walk inside a new restaurant for the firsttimeyou immediately get a sense of how the experience will turn out when you see a clean waiting area, massve fish tank, and vibrant bar scene.

we were quickly seated and within a few seconds our waitress stopped by to welcome us and take our drink order.

we ordered the grilled salmon (x2) and the pan seared u-10 diver scallops. the salmon came with multiple starch choices and haricot vert. the scallops were placed atop risotto and garlicky fresh wilted spinach.

our salads arrived and were a hit. i ordered the greek (add'l $3) and it was nearly the size of a serving bowl. you definitely can split this into two salads.

the waitress also brought a basket of fresh warm bread. one had 3 herbs from their on-site herb garden. the other was simply a crusty loaf of white bread. both were very good.

our entrees were served hot and the presentatin was fantastic. the constant chatter was "umm, this is really good, or wow, the fish is cooked perfectly and grilled just right. we each took home a to-go box as the portions are too big to finish at one sitting.

a definite must to put on your list of restaurants when coming to panama city. not a tourist trap and certainly a local's hang-out...

we really enjoyed our dinner here tonight. no problems with waittimebecause we called ahead. the food was amazing, and our server (kevin) was great and very helpful. i enjoyed the blackened grouper and a perfectly cooked sweet potato on the side. the food was great and the atmosphere was too. loved the fish tank!

robert was our server tonight and he gave us the best service we have had in a long time- maybe even ever. thank you for making our evening wonderful! 👍🏼 the restaurant was very nice and the food was excellent!! loved the piano playing during our whole meal! definitely want to come here the nexttimewe visit pcb! thank you!

this place never fails. great food and fantastic service. there's a reason that it is packed everytimeyou go. one of our favorites in pcb.

defiantly pricey but worth it! the service is great and atmosphere is relaxing. 5 days out of the week they have a live pianist! he plays well and you'll recognize all his songs. the bar has more happy hour specials than tables and the food is always on point everytimei go (have ate at this place 10+ times). they do an amazing thanksgiving dinner special each year. every item i've order was cooked correctly and tasted delicious. best prime rib in bay county.

anniversary dinner. got there at appointed time, set us the down right away. the service was to die for. trish served all the drinks and food perfect!. she had eight different bills all perfect and spot on! only our secondtimethere but will be back for sure!! and the food was delicious!

firsttimebut not the last!. atmosphere, food and service exceeded all expectations. i had the pan seared scallops and my husband had the mixed grill. excellent flavors. susan was very attentive and knowledgeable. great place for a special night.

thirdtimewas not a charm. lobster rolls were mediocre, grouper and snapper entrees were overcooked. overpriced. nothing special here. the only redeeming quality was the wait person. if you are looking for an upscale seafood restaurant in pcb, keep looking.

the food was a 6 out of 10. the waittimewas 1.5 hours for our large party of 13. after a long wait for our drinks it was downhill from there. thetimefrom order to delivery was horrible.also snotty attitude from front hostess should have been a clue to go elsewhere.

my wife and i go here everytimewe visit pcb for happy hour. firecracker shrimp and calamari. fantastic food.

awesome experience!!!. my husband and i had dinner at saltwater grill last weekend while taking a short vaca & we were delighted!! food and service were exceptional. ambience was great. we arrived intimefor the early bird special and happy hour. great drinks also, we will definitely come back to this restaurant on every pcb trip! if you're on the fence about this one, don't be; it's a must for any pcb trip!!

love this place! we come here everytimewe are i'm town. you need to make reservations or you'll be waiting 1 - 2 hours for a table.

amazing. this is by far my favorite restaurant in panama city beach. i have eaten here so manytimeand it's always the best food, service and atmosphere. must try!

perfect night out. this was our firsttimeat the saltwater grill. the interior is clean and looks new. lots of wood and marble. bathrooms are clean and upscale.

four of us had dinner and drinks around 9:00 on a friday night. we sat at a large black granite table next to the piano bar because the couple with us wanted to hear the piano player.

i played it safe and had the grouper. it was the best i have ever had. my wife had fillet minon that was a perfect medium rare as she ordered it. the gals drank their desserts (chocolate martinis) but i had cheesecake. we were all very satisfied with everything.

the guy playing the piano did a song by pink floyd and it sounded so good i had to walk over to see if it was really him playing the piano and singing, or if it was a machine. it was him.

our waitress was there whenever we needed anything, and she looks like heidi klum.
