nothing negative. food is average.servicewas ok. location is probably the best feature. ambience is more for party crowds specifically groups of females. better dining can be found within a 15 min walk.

we had dinner on the front porch here in march 2016 and it was greatservice& food. we went back in may for lunch m, sat inside and both theserviceand the food paled in comparison to our first visit but it was lunch versus dinner so we just wrote it off. we went back for lunch today and asked if the 4 of us could sit at the available table for 4 on the porch. there were only 2 chairs at the table & we were told that they couldn't spare 2 more chairs from the dining room. me: well then do you have a table available inside? host: yes. me: well then can we have two of those chairs? host: let me get the manager. mgr: no, we can't let you sit out there, no chairs blah blah. me: on thanks we'll go somewhere else. my husband: we won't ever be back. mgr: ok, enjoy your visit in new orleans. my husband: we live here. mgr: 😮. rude tourist trap. went went down a few blocks to pier 424 where we've also had great food &servicein the past, sat on their upstairs balcony and again had great food & service.

incredibleserviceto match trendy atmosphere. we made reservations here for a bachelorette party, and it was a great way to start the night! the posh decor immediately creates a sexy ambiance, and ourservicewas impeccable. the manager (sarah i believe?) came over to congratulate the bride, and sent over a round of shots on the house. we had one small hiccup with our large order, but she immediately made it right, and could not have offered better service. to top off the night, they brought down the cut-out of channing so we could pose and take pictures with him! all in all, this is a great place for tourists and visitors to enjoy a fun night on the town. the food is good, but you come here for the experience!

we made reservations here for my daughters 21st birthday. the manager was in constant contact with me prior too the evening. they were able to accommodate us even though we arrived an hour late. theservicewas wonderful! the food was great! all staff were friendly and very accommodating. the waitress even noticed that one of party had spilled their water in their food and offered to replace the dish. the atmosphere was exactly what we wanted to start our evening off. we were seated in the upstairs vip area. i highly recommend this restaurant for a bachelorette or 21st birthday! thank you again for making this a great evening!

i have been to a great many restaurants and have worked in the foodserviceindustry as well. and i can confidently say that i have never seen a restaurant staff act the way this staff did!
we sought this restaurant out because a few people in our group are tatum fans. we arrive at 7pm on a saturday night and notice there is literally no one eating there. that should have been a big red flag. we walk up and a younger guy meets us and asks us where we would like to sit. we tell him inside cause it was a hot june evening. we go inside and it was stifling! no ac at all. he take us to the back and approaches a server. they start talking, he starts swearing at her and he storms off without another word to us! as he's storming out, the server screams at him "it's your f-ing job to seat them, not mine! you do it!!" my group was so appalled at this outburst that we left immediately!
i can't tell you how the food was or if the drinks were decent cause of the god awefulservicethis place provided. if my name and reputation were attached to something like this i would fire the entire staff and put the place on the market asap! good luck with this turd sandwich channing.

fun atmosphere, yummy food. i ate here for a girls dinner and loved it. theservicewas great and the hostess even had the bar give us a free round of shots for having to wait. i had the crab cake & grits which was yummy. everyone enjoyed the food. the decor and atmosphere was perfect for a bourbon st restaurant. i would def go again!

march 23- march 25, 2013. went to nola last week with my husband and was in s&s three times. the 1st day wasnt impressive at all. the waiters/waitress was a little confused on who had our table and theservicewas really bad. we sat outside and people were dumping their beer from the upper balcony on our table below. we had to eventually move. the manager had to wipe our table down because nobody would come back and take our order. i think our waiter was fairly new so we gave him the benefit of the doubt. the bathroom was way too small and the wait for it was pretty long. the kitchen is past the bathroom so everyone is trying to manuver around in a small hallway. anyway,,,, the food made up for the poorservicethat day.. the crab cakes were the best in the world!!! so we decided to go back for madaam monday. i received my name "pretty trixie cockburn" and lots of cheap drinks. the bartender was very friendly and gave me beads because i posted my picture on fb and tagged s&s. that day was much better, we then went back later that evening for dinner and got the crab cakes again.. not sure i have ever tasted anything that delicious here in ohio..over all the place was better after the 1st impression. maybe the 1st day was bad timing for everyone, including me. however i have been looking forward to this trip since january hoping and praying to meet channing (iam his biggest fan - no really i mean it)..but unfortuantely he never showed up! that may have been the biggest disapointment overall but i know he cant be there all the time! if i ever make it to the big easy again, i will be sure to stop in for crab cakes and a quick peek to see if the sexiest man alive is darkening the doorstep!

went to it for my birthday! amazing atmosphere, great music,serviceand staff went above and beyond to make it a great night. we ordered a lot of drinks- which were all yummy! also got the fried chicken--- worth every penny we spent!!! can't wait to go back :)

i've been to saints and sinners twice. the 2nd time with a large party. ourservicewas awesome and the food delicious. it should be a must visit when in nola.

the food was really good!! theservicewas horrible!!! we received our appetizer after we had eaten our meal and then had to chase the waitress down for our bill and it was the wrong bill...it was a very slow monday night. the shrimp & grits were very good though and the crab grit cakes were nice also....

loved this place. checked out saints and sinners monday night. the place is fab! by far the best gumbo i've had in any restaurant. i also had the shrimp and grits. i had mine with bbq shrimp..... yum!! the decor is killer and theservicewas right on too. loved it and will be going back, for sure.
