i would never go back!. terrible, terrible, terrible!!! i was so looking forward to my visit to s & s's. i'm a huge channing tatum fan and thought this was going to be the highlight of my new orleans weekend.. went there friday, 3/01/13 with 3 gf's. we are all well into our 40's, not alcoholics, all professional woman, not out looking for trouble. my dinner was terrible and when i mentioned it to our waitress she said she would bring the manager over. he approached me, "is there a problem". i replied no sir but this dish doesn't taste right and is quite too hot (spicy). he was completely rude, offensive and out of line with other comments made, belittling me by saying, "you know where you're at right?" he was so arrogant, so cocky, so abrasive. he didn't offer me another meal, he didn't offer to not charge me for my meal. i will never go back and i am ashamed that a manager, his name was will, would run a company owned by channing tatum would allow this type of treatment to guests. i posted twice on their fb page and twice my comments were deleted. apparently s & s's doesn't want any bad press or comments.. well if you don't want to hear it, get it together. there are too many other great places in new orleans to even consider going back there. i will gladly spend my hard earned money somewhere else. i would never recommend this place to a friend or client, i am a travel agent and know the meaning of hospitality, you certainly aren't going to find it here...

saints and sinners best place. @sandsnola saints and sinners is a one of a kind restaurant, bar, and night club. the food is literally the best on bourbon st. the kitchen is immaculant!! the interior has the most unique attire. the stair way wall paper was specially made from channing tatums own ideas. the ceiling of the stair well has doors attached to the ceiling and keys hanging from the chandler. the staff is the best in all of louisiana. saints and sinners is far beyond anything you can ever imagine. this is truly a work of art and cuisine. a must to visit!!!

cozy restaurant in the heart of bourbon street, with amazing drinks and great food! the decor is an interesting mix of be and a flair of old! the wait staff and managers were awesome and took good care of us!

absolutely love this place!! the oysters are to die for and the service is outstanding!!! can't wait to go back!!

i've been to saints and sinners twice. the 2nd time with a large party. our service was awesome and the food delicious. it should be a must visit when in nola.

what an incredible atmosphere! when i walk in, i feel like i've stepped back in time. the whole staff is friendly and willing to assist you in any way, and i adore the dancers! thank you thank you thank you!!

the reviews are a mystery. i went on a date here. not impressed. drinks were weak. entrees were tasteless. tourist gimmick, and i hate to say it. go elsewhere.

not a fake review!. this is my first review with urban spoon and i assure you it's not fake. i can understand the skepticism from the others. i'm from chicago, have no ties with the bar staff/owner. i'm not gunna lie, i went there because channing tatum is linked to it...and lets face it, many women have and will continue to go for that reason alone. i dragged 2 co-workers with me. one of them loves cajun food, has been to nola many times, tried many restaurants..knows the dive places that serve the best food and so on. the other is a woman who is super picky about everything ...very high maintenance and very blunt. when we walked up to the place, i was nervous. there weren't many people in at the time, i had not read the best review...and i didn't want to let my company down.

i ordered the shrimp dinner, blackened with the standard sides of mashed potatoes and green beans. the guy ordered the gumbo and the other woman ordered the catfish with a side of coleslaw. all 3 of us could not believe how good our meals were. my shrimp was perfect (and yeah,you can mess shrimp up) the catfish was amazing, the potatoes were great...perfect consistency. the coleslaw was outstanding...but the gumbo was it. that was the winner. you know your gumbo is the real deal when you find clam shells and crab claws in it. fresh..flavorful, delicious. so good that he ordered a second bowl and that was his dinner.

our server was very attentive, very friendly and helpful. we kept him busy and he did not disappoint. give this place a chance. every bar/restaurant has an off day. if you try it twice and hate it both times then shame on me! if i go there again and have a bad experience...it won't be enough to keep me away :)

the food was really good!! the service was horrible!!! we received our appetizer after we had eaten our meal and then had to chase the waitress down for our bill and it was the wrong bill...it was a very slow monday night. the shrimp & grits were very good though and the crab grit cakes were nice also....

striving for adequacy.. popped in here on a whim one night. bourbon was as crowded and lively and this place was practically empty. i got the shrimp and grits. grits were cold, lumpy, and were what i think drywall paste might taste like. my sister got the shrimp po boy. shrimp were fried in corn meal (ugh), bland, and bread was toasted into a rock. french fries were great. other friend got the ratatouille which she enjoyed except for the portion being so small. do yourself a favor and go anywhere else.

my friends and i are coming down there on the 18th of january for our birthdays. can't wait this is one of our wishes while there meeting channing looking forward to maybe our wish come true!!! thank you. shawnee' and ek!!!! muah

let down!. atmosphere great!! drinks were weak! we had a fried shrimp poboy and it had absolutely no taste!!! the shrimp tasted watered down and the outside crust had no seasoning!! tourist trap! channing is not there and when he left the building the flavor of his food went with him! we have visited many restaurants in the big easy, complete let down!!

huge disappointment. advertisement stated place has live entertainment on friday and saturday nights. when we arrived all of bourbon street was hopping but this place was dead. when we inquired about live entertainment was advised by bouncer that none had been booked/confirmed for that night. if you are looking for a nice meal on bourbon skip this place and go to one of the more established restaurants.
