interesting food. on a recent day at the chowhound bar we partook of various choices for our meals and each of us tried something different. my girlfriend went to sabor colombiano and chose the large comboplatewhich consisted of a great variety. it included fried plantains, slow cooked braised beef, rice with saffron and chicken(great flavor) and pinto beans (just okay). the staff were very helpful in explaining the ingredients and were knowledgeable. overall i would return, but perhaps not at for the $10 sticker price on this particular dish.
