delicious food here. ordered the fried plantains, beef empanadas and arrozconpollo. everything was great but the arrozconpollo was truly special. clearly struggling to meet the demands of the crowd at culinaria, the quality of the food was never compromised. we waited over an hour in line and i can't believe i'm saying this but, given the circumstances, it was worth it.
