delicious food here. ordered the fried plantains, beef empanadas and arroz con pollo. everything was great but the arroz con pollo was truly special. clearly struggling to meet the demands of the crowd at culinaria, the quality of the food was never compromised. we waited over an hour in line and i can't believe i'm saying this but, given the circumstances, it was worth it.

sabor colombiano on wheels. my partner and i attended the best of the west over at our lady of the lake university during fiesta. we ate from sabor colombiano for the first time, and we loved it. their empanadas de carne beef turnover is very good.

delicioso. opted for the tamal which is not at all like our tex-mex versions. whole chicken leg, veggies, delicious masa...one of these is nearly a complete meal. arepas (corncake with various toppings) were good also. looking forward to sampling more good stuff here.

outstanding. this food truck is as good as it gets. i've gotten 3 or 4 things off the menu and it's always outstanding.

sabor plate was delicious! i've had it twice & look forward to a 3rd. byob, sabor plate, live music....now that's a good friday night!

everything on the sabor plate was fabulous! areas con carne, empanadas de carne, arroz con pollo, beans, and fried plantains. will deffinately be back!

interesting food. on a recent day at the chowhound bar we partook of various choices for our meals and each of us tried something different. my girlfriend went to sabor colombiano and chose the large combo plate which consisted of a great variety. it included fried plantains, slow cooked braised beef, rice with saffron and chicken(great flavor) and pinto beans (just okay). the staff were very helpful in explaining the ingredients and were knowledgeable. overall i would return, but perhaps not at for the $10 sticker price on this particular dish.
