rusty's seafood & oyster bar

blahi blahi fish tacos. i read the reviews and thought, maybe we should try this place! should've stayed home.

i'm not sure why everyone goes on about the "view." the view from the back patio is of a bunch of industrial buildings. wow! well worth paying tourist prices for!! (eye roll.)

the service was mind-numbingly slow. during our long wait for our food, i noticed that when the people next to us left, someone came out and wiped down the table with a greasy, filthy cloth. ugh!

after a lengthy wait for my fish tacos, they finally arrived stone cold and covered in unmelted cheese. i took a bite and they were completely tasteless. gross. i sent them back.

my husband ate his meal; i have no idea how it was. finally vanessa condescended to bring us our check, after an extraordinarily long time, and we had to call her over to bring us our change. thanks but no thanks, rusty's.

oysters were great. if you love oysters love rusty's

great great great. this was the highlight of our trip review was relaxing the band was funny server was entertainingthe fish was excellent

drinks were good, food was ok, nothing to write home about. service not terrible even though we didnt receive everything. at least we weren't charged for it! i'll give it another shot.

good ole rusty. been dropping in to rusty's for 24 years. it's a dockside bar & restaurant offering up basic seafood sandwiches, salads, and platters, and shellfish. prices are very reasonable. the seafood is fresh. there is a wide assortment of "boat drinks" the new deck is a great place to dine and the needed facelift that brings it back to the forefront of port dining.

homestyle buffet. i went there for the lunch buffet which was 6.99, i was kind of disappointed since it is a seafood restaurant i was hoping it would have a lot of seafood on the buffet it only had fried shrimp and fried fish both of which were pretty good, though it did have a lot of other things that weren't seafood like two types of chicken wings, they had a lot of home-style things like mashed potatoes, corn, green beans, some good ham, and when i went there some amazing creamy tomato soup, which i used to dip all my fried seafood in. i went there for a seafood buffet and it was more like a home-style, though everything was pretty good, the place was really nice and the outside deck looked pretty awesome, no problems with the service, when i'm in the mood for seafood i'll probably come back here though i'll order something other than the buffet. i saw some people getting some raw shelled oyster that looked pretty cool might give that a try next time.

what can i say, when i need my fried seafood fix i go to rusty's. enough said.

standard fare port restaurant. the food lacks any flavor really. i only go for the booze at this point. the bartenders are cool and can pour a damn drink...and after a disappointing meal, that's just the ticket.

port canaveral - great view of the port. the service is always great. it is a bit calmer than grill's if you have a family. the raw bar items are good and the fried flounder sandwich is my favorite, always a lot of fish. also like the steamed clams. its our favorite seaside place to go. looking forward to the expansion of an out door deck..

my husband and i liked it. we had bacon wrapped scallops and the crab dip. no entree. enjoyed both appetizers very much, and the frozen strawberry mojitos!

worst burger ever. i do realize that this is a seafood bar however, that doesn't mean other menu items should be lacking in quality. the bread on my burger was stale and had an odd aftertaste. with a bakery right down the street you would think that they would get fresh bread every day. when i asked about that i was told that they had to buy bread that last two weeks. how disgusting.

poor service - mediocre food. dinner, friday night 5:30pm to beat the tourist crowds. not crowded but wait staff routinely and pointedly ignored guests trying to get their attention. salad just wilted lettuce with two cherry tomatoes and two thin slices of cucumber. ordered the house special encrusted mahi-magi. it was dry and tasteless. red potatoes just boiled with no seasoning and packaged margarine on the side. no bread or even crackers with salad. been there, done that.

so clean. the dishes are so extremely clean and sparkly. other places are a little dirty but this is so clean. =] the food is amazing especially the dessert. everyone is friendly, especially the waiters.

amazing! the crab legs were incredible...the best meal of my life!!
