awesome!. wow! i'm so glad i found this place. i had the tuna and avocado sandwich (tuna salad, avocado, tomato, carrots and alfalfa sprouts on homemade bread), and it was fantastic! i will definitely be going there again next week (or tomorrow, haha).

yum!. this place was nearby my rental condo during my recent honolulu vacation. due to a pretty packed schedule we were only able to eat here on our last day in honolulu. thank goodness we did! their menu said they specialize in packing veggie / vegan snacks for airplane travel so i ordered the veggie burrito, which came with some vegan chili on top. they kindly separated the chili so the burrito wouldn't get soggy. i opened it later and was delightfully surprised. the chili was delicious. the burrito was just as good - filled with refried beans, avocado, lettuce and some diced tomatoes. will definitely eat here on my next stay in waikiki. service 5/5 food 5/5 value for your dollar 5/5.

we were in waikiki for 3 days and ate here twice. the food is simple but tasty. the peanut butter smoothie we had was great. a really great find.

one of the best veggie sandwiches i have ever had. definitely a place to try for veggie/vegan lovers.

good healthy food alternative. the place could use a good renovation but i think that's part of the charm...:) bottom line.. healthy, cheap & tasty !

finally a gf sandwich!. if you do not eat gluten it can be a challenge to just have a sandwich in waikiki. but, at ruffage they will make you a gluten free sandwich. it is a very good sandwich made on commercial gluten free bread. combine that with one of their amazing smoothies and you are set for the afternoon.
buy some udies gf granola there for your breakfast and you are set. actually they had a number of gf offerings in their little healthfood area.
the added plus is that this can be found within a short walk from most of the hotels on the beach front in waikiki.
take a walk thru the zoo when your done. it is very relaxing.

this is a true gem in the heart of waikiki. their house smoothie is delicious. the sandwiches exceptionally fresh and also delic. real food prepared by real sweet friendly young ladies has me returning when i'm in the area.

the place is part health food store, part juice bar, part restaurant, and i was stoked to see many concerted vegetarian and vegan choices (there were meat options as well) on the menu.

although it is small, this is probably the best veg place i've been to. they create special veggie burgers instead of just slapping one on the bun. the staff was friendly and the music enjoyable. the smoothie i had was probably the best i've ever had (organic peanut butter and banana). i can't wait to return!

it's a simple little place that serves healthy alternatives; fresh sandwiches, smoothies, and a selection of vegetarian and vegan foods (and tuna and turkey for non vegetarians). simple but tasty food and it's cheap!!! the kitchen and dinning area is really clean, and the owners really friendly. i'm here on vacation for 2 weeks and am eating lunch here every day! everything on this island is so expensive, and i don't eat pork so this little find was a gem for me!! highly recommend it!
