easy to walk right by but a good find. it's located in the same shop as the ahi bowl & pot. ruffage has good portion sizes (not large like everywhere else) & the sunflower specialsandwichi had was loaded with plenty of fresh, healthy produce - ripe avocado, sunflower seeds, grated carrot, tomato, alfalfa sprouts & mustard. it was very tasty & satisfying. along with the house special smoothie i got (banana, papaya, almond & date) i was completely full afterwards! i'd go back again & definitely recommend it to anyone looking for a nice bite to eat.

we grabbed asandwichhere after looking for a lighter and healthier option to some of the other amazing meals we've had on the island. it was fantastic! the price is right and they don't skimp on thesandwichfixings. definitely a place we will return to in the future.

just ate their tofu and avocadosandwichwhich wasn't too bad and price it's okay.

they do have vegetarian dishes and seafood. i would go back and try the other vegan items on the menu.

service is super quick too!

overpriced for portions and truly nothing tasted spectacular (we got anti oxidant smoothie, leafy salad with taro burger, veggie chili dog). customer service was good though. cashier allowed me to use the veggie dog instead of asandwichfor the combo option.

i love ruffage. ever since i moved to hono about a year ago ruffage has been my go-to hole in the wall cafe for lunch. i regular this joint at least 3-5 times a week. my favorite meal to get is the tofu avocadosandwichaccompanied by their mighty green smoothie. if you are health conscious and need a break from the seemingly endless greasy food available on kuhio street then hop over to ruffage and give it a try. you definitely won't regret it. the tofu avocadosandwichwith a mighty green smoothie will run you about $14.50 which is a great deal for the quality of the food. i love ruffage!!!!! :)

awesome!. wow! i'm so glad i found this place. i had the tuna and avocadosandwich(tuna salad, avocado, tomato, carrots and alfalfa sprouts on homemade bread), and it was fantastic! i will definitely be going there again next week (or tomorrow, haha).

finally a gf sandwich!. if you do not eat gluten it can be a challenge to just have asandwichin waikiki. but, at ruffage they will make you a gluten free sandwich. it is a very goodsandwichmade on commercial gluten free bread. combine that with one of their amazing smoothies and you are set for the afternoon.
buy some udies gf granola there for your breakfast and you are set. actually they had a number of gf offerings in their little healthfood area.
the added plus is that this can be found within a short walk from most of the hotels on the beach front in waikiki.
take a walk thru the zoo when your done. it is very relaxing.
