we went to this reallygoodlooking place with warm and welcoming staff during ramadan. thegoodpart is the warm and corteous staff. the food we ordered was hyderabadi dum chicken biryani and chicken 65 which, was both flavourful and delicious. the downside was the achari gosht korma which, was really salty and tasted like someone dumped alot of mixed pickle in the dish. the staff tried to make it up and thats the reason i give them a big thums up and they saved the day.

visited 2 days back after a really long time because we did not have agoodexperience earlier. ordered chicken lollypop and paneer tikka for the starters and kadai paneer, butter naan and potato kulcha for the main course. their quality and taste of food have improved since the last time we visited. the staff is friendly and helpful. the service has become faster than before. overall, we enjoyed our experience and there is agoodimprovement in the restaurant.

we went to royal mughal for dinner recently. the staff were warm and welcoming and genuinely seemed to enjoy working there. being vegetarian i ordered dum aloo benarasi and my husband chose the chicken mumtaz. the aloo benarasi was cooked perfectly in a delicious tomato based gravy and stuffed with raisins. it was finger lickinggoodand i got to pack the leftovers for a second meal. my husband’s chicken was in a cashew based gravy and he seemed very happy with it too. we had butter and garlic naans which perfectly completed the meal. we were looked after really well by the staff and left wanting to go back at the earliest. i have my heart set on the malai kofta for the next visit 😋

we were here after our visit to al ain zoo.
we liked the ambience.
the service was also good.
food wasgoodn aptly spiced.

will defitely go back here to try their other items.

great ambiance and attentive service.  we ordered three different kinds of chicken with sauce in them: butter chicken, chicken masala and chicken mughal (i think), all came looking the same :d  but no complaints, they all tastedgoodand we really couldn't tell the difference which one was which but we enjoyed our meals. goodto share and the naans always delicious we ordered seconds.

visited alain to see a friend. for  last lunch, visited royal mughal with my brother & family.

ordered little bit more and had to take away full biryani. :(
staffs are very friendly and attentive.
manchow veg soup 4/5- super spicy and good
assorted veg kabab  4/5 - except cauliflower, all other kebabs are good. 
bread basket  3/5- some of the breads are bit oily, 
paneer makani - 3/5 - didnt like 
bhindi do pyaza - 4/5 -goodwith mild spicy

friendly staff and nice ambience. the food was more spicy than anticipated so if you are sensitive to spices i would recommend that you ask about the dishes before ordering.goodflavors though!

we had been hr to celebrate our wedding anniversary n we loved the place n food was really tasty n d lady who was serving us mary (i don’t remember her name exactly) was very polite n sweet d staff is very friendly.. overallgoodexperience

just finished lunch! food is reallygoodespecially the samosas😍 service is excellent and cleanliness is also good. a bit pricy though but overall wonderful restaurant.
would highly recommend it

i ordered the nawabi biryani and it was an terrible experience the rice was still raw and saltless it was felt like a pile of crap put on my plate and the mixed kabab was not cooked properly i am pretty sure they forget to add salt in to each and every thing u order and the service was notgood.the food we get there is either over cooked or raw . it was totally a crappy experience this place made me hate biryani 😶

had a takeaway delivered over the weekend and was a little skeptical about ordering an indian from a restaurant i knew nothing about.goodservice from the manager who assisted me on a couple of items not on the menu, food arrived hot, tasty and on time. slightly expensive but did order tandoori prawns as a main course, excellent kema naan and a friendly delivery guy. would definitely give it another go...

i have visited this restaurant several times since in the last few years, it was then known as dubai mughal restaurant. unfortunately, their service & food quality has been on a consistent decline with every subsequent visit.

my last visit of yesterday was a disappointment for a few things listed below:

the paneer in the paneer tikka masala felt like it was uncooked & stale.
we requested for the malai kofta to be spicy but it was as sweet as a dessert.
our request for a lime soda (fastest drink to make after water & soft drinks) arrived after dinner was done.
only saving grace was the cheese roll (starter) which was agoodchange to the traditional spring roll. description mentioned that this would be toasted but it was clearly fried.

i really hope they take this seriously & improve.
