good food but lousy service. i've had a few excellent meals (and a whole lot of excellent margaritas) here, but i feel compelled to ding them a bit because of the service. it's not so much a problem when sitting at the bar, but every time i've sat at a table it's been a struggle to get our server to pay attention to us. also, they royally screwed over a group of friends who were there for brunch recently (refusing to give separate checks, overcharging and incorrectly charging guests, and even arguing with customers in the middle of the restaurant!) my friends weren't spoiled, self-entitled brats either -- they were people who have worked in the service industry and know firsthand how tough it is to deal with uppity customers -- it's not as though they were causing problems or being unreasonable. still, the staff gave them a lot of (undeserved) attitude and excessive charges. so, as much i love their roasted salsa i don't think i'll be going back.
