traditional and authentic italian pizza, and possibly the best in sydney.
claimed to have rested their pizza dough for up to 72 hour, the result? abasethat's crispy on the surface and soft in the center. coupled with generous portions of cheese and fresh ingredients,this is pizza at its best. our favorite was the diovola and if you're adventurous asked for their legitimately spicy chilli oil; you have been warned.
our only let down was attention to detail. they could have served our whitebasepizza before the tomato base, but that's very picky of us.
of note, if you prefer thick pizzabase(e.g. arthur's pizza) or crispy and thin crust (e.g. made in italy) then this may not be the place for you. also checkin with their friendly staff prior to making a spontaneous visit because this place is popular.
