great changes, great food!. finally someone is doing something incredibly right on thesquarein downtown georgetown. i have lived here for 29 years, and seen many come and go, but this one should stay! now that the bistro is under new management and a new name (roots), the bistro experience has gone from good to great. the space is now open and inviting, the decor is pleasing, and the pizza and sandwiches have never been better!
