rocks on the roof

poor service. we sat at the bar and waited 15minutesfor someone to take our order. we ordered 2 margaritas and the hunter's plate. half way through eating, we noticed there was no cheese on the plate. by the time we got the cheese, we were out of bread & asked for more. 15minuteslater, no bread. the bartender was apologetic, offering us dessert. we declined, being it's 3:00 in the afternoon. we paid the bill & left. we won't be going back.

awful server. the view and food were great, but the server was awful. she was dressed in what looked like a cheap corset from a halloween costume and was nothing but rude. when she asked for my friends id she grabbed his hand and pulled it to the point when it was up against her chest, then left us siting there for fifteenminutesbefore we ordered. when we finally asked for the check she didn't come back for twenty minutes. i had to get up and find her and when i finally did she said "oh i saw that look." and handed it to me. worst service ever. bordering on just trashy.

the worst dining experience we have ever had! we were ignored from the second we walked in. my "well-done" hamburger was pink and my wife's grilled chicken salad didn't come with dressing or chicken! we waited for almost 30minutesfor our check, even after we had spoken with the manager. don't waste your time or money here!

hit and miss. went for a late lunch one day, and found ourselves a table with a view immediately. service was almost prompt, but we were helped by three different women which made it completely confusing. had the most amazing blt with fried greed tomato, who knew??? it was savory, cruncy, salty and sweet all at the same time, bravo! my hb ordered prosicutto bruseccta, which was a dissapointment, he couldnt bite through the bread and it fell apart as he ate it the blanched tomatoes were falling off before he even attempted to eat it. but--- overall it was a good food/view choice. we also went back before dinner for a drink and appetizer (since we had such good luck at lunch) and waited at a table for 15minutesbefore we had anyone come up to us, which was annoying. we ordered a drink (savannah tea, pretty good) and some oyster shooters, which were delicious. served 3 different ways, we were very delighted with the choice. overall, service stinks and the food is good....get it together and this place can be the "top of the rocks"

not impressed. honestly this place is nice....but who wants to go spend money and tip people who ignore you and have no courtesy or work ethic what so ever, i would have liked a simple good afternoon how can i help you today? nope 30minuteson a slow day before an employee said do you need something? fancy hotel with poor service...kind of ruined the whole vibe for me.
