bacon fried rice with egg - very flavorful. a really well done dish. must try as well.

a great time is guaranteed, the service was also very good and helpful.

i definitely recommend this place for hangouts with friends. i myself want to come back here again to try some more of its dishes and drinks. one word - excellent!

cooking and baking classes have huge demand. thanks to the cookery shows and reality shows on television, the interest in the field has gone multifold.even otherwise we all love to present the best of food to our families and especially to impress guests. there's no dearth of cooking classes around, some very well known and quite a few silent ones. each one has its own expertise. there are also a few hotels that look into this opportunity seriously and conduct cooking workshops. i got an invite toexperienceone such workshop at courtyard by marriott, teynampet, chennai. once upon a time, such sessions at marriott were very popular and always had a full house of participants. these were temporarily kept on hold. and after almost a year, they are back.

great service and some fantastic bar food here.i was also pleasantly surprised by the great prices which were deliciously easy on the pocket. krish the manager kept us entertained with his bar skills and some amazing cocktails. it was a goodexperienceoverall and we'll definitely be back again. keep up the good work!!

this is probably the worst place in chennai to go to if you want to have a good time with your friends. we had a terribleexperiencevisiting this place. starting with not being greeted by a host, the place was empty and all four of us were left confused whether or not the place was open. after a while one of my friends found the manager outside the restaurant and he seemed to be running all over the place.

the food arrived super late and it tasted really odd and cold. when we requested to remake our food, our server reheated the same plate we sent back. we almost waited for 1.5 hours and we did not even receive all the starters we ordered which made us lose our appetite. so we decided to not get any main course and cancel it to go eat someplace else.

when we requested for the check, the manager ( shivam pandey) took a lot of time discussing with his co worker behind the bar, and came back with the bill, charging us for things we did not eat. there were 4-5 people around our table forcing us to pay and it made some of my friends really uncomfortable. this is something you would not expect from a hotel like marriot and i will recommend not to go here at all.

it's a very grand place...the cost maybe a bit high..but the overallexperienceis just priceless...i had a great time there with all my family members..and u know for a fact that we will be coming back for more and more...

it was an amazingexperienceat rhapsody courtyard by marriott. i visited this place to unwind my weekend with some drinks and good food. inspite of chef being so friendly i just asked the chef to surprise me with his signature serves.

initially i was served with prawn tempura. it was so good with apt level of seasoning and chilly garlic and peanut based dip was served to compliment the dish. i personally like the dish without the dip, i felt wasabi mayo based dip would go well.

chicken vepudu with egg, an interesting fusion dish and it tasted good. initially l though it will be like a chicken roast (regular vepudu) but it was like deep fried chicken sauteed with egg, nothing wrong since it was mentioned fusion.

mutton chukka, one of the best serve of the evening, it was damn juicy with good level spiciness. the mutton perfectly cooked and the meat was well melanged with the masala. this dish should be a must order dish when you want to booze.

fish tikka was again an outstanding serve, a good chunk of fish with drooly indian masala went so well. simple green dip gave sharp awesome taste to fish tikka. i personally love have this dish with some whisky based drink.

as a vegetarian dish, chef served salt and pepper mushroom, which was more like well seasoned info chinese recipe. it almost had manjurian touch to it.for sure it will be good finger food to compliment your drink

chilly panner was not my cup of tea, the panner would have been more better. now day most of restaurants in chennai serve paneer in a malai consistency. but here it was slightly on the rubbery side.

moving on to the drinks, i and my friend sticked with cocktails

flap jack, i ordered this drink because the ingredients used in this was interesting. it's a mix of orange juice with whisky, cinnamon syrup, and maple syrup. it was blend of flavours.

rhapsody sour, a simple version whisky sour with orange, and egg whites gave rich and creamy texture to the drink.

pina colada, it was not on the menu but i request the bartender to formulate the drink with the ingredients in his shelf. he said made simply an interesting drink with a twist in pinacolada, it was like normal pineapple based drink but the addition of cadamom just elevated the drink.

as a last drink we had liit, the to get our buzz levels fixed for the night. it was so perfect with good concentration of liquor in it.

overall it was an amazingexperiencedining at rhapsody, i loved the food and drinks. food was excellent to pair with your drinks and cocktails are slightly on the concentrated zone but other flavours just engulfs it.

went there last week,friday night..had a terribleexperiencewith service and food !!drinks were perfect ,but the veg platter that we ordered out of their menu,arrived after about 35 min of placing the order.the platter was badly presented ,all the items were cold ,looked more dull in that lighting ...when we complained about it ,the service staff said i will call the chef as he made it !!!!!bad reply
then came the chef,who said “i will make something else of my choice”and he provided us with a standard serving of veg nuggets,which again lacked any flavour and tasted more of cornflour .so that was 1000 bucks down the drain ,so avoid ordering from their finger menu.
if you prefer a dark n dimly lit place for drinks,peanuts and chips ,that’s the place for you.
the staff definitely lacked promptness and interest .

good ambience with more variety , the best amongst the drinks were jagermeister with redbull. top-notch.. enjoyed every second of theexperience. would visit again definitely

it was a rocking day when i last visited this place! everything there was so flexible according to your convenience. the most awesome thing is we being given complimentary shots as we visited it for that first time. we were even given a small coupon book which has amazing offers on dine in , spa and salon , on beverages. i should just term it as a wow!

visited rhapsody few days back. nice place to relax , have a couple of drinks, hang out with friends. i personally love their cocktails. had the "will god save the queen" thrice n absolutely loved it. the staff were quite welcoming and as far as my dinningexperiencewent i was highly satisfied. prompt and friendly service. also went their with a couple of friends a week back during the happy hours, enjoyed the music and the visit was worth the money.
heard a lot about their bollywood nights on thursdays , would love to visit the bar once again. would definitely recommend the place to others.

hello, what an amazingexperienceat rhapsody, ambiance wise its pretty decent.
when i look at the rate card i went just blaaaaaah. i don't really think so alcohol at star hotels would get any cheaper than this. dj there at rhapsody, damn i wish i wasn't too drunk so that i could have a word with him, what a happy vibe he gave to all of us.. i don't usually dance but the beats he played i just couldn't control.. i was carried away by the music he brought to us. think am hooked on forever..its a must visit.!!

rhapsody it's really vintage bar the paintings and the interior everything they have is unique.. niceexperienceout of all other places this bar is very reasonable and nice quality.. good music they have and impressive services..

rhapsody when i herd about this place from friends i thought who will party at that bar cause my previousexperiencewas not really that great to share and visit the place back.. freak but now just 4 months it's crazy.. staff is superb.. great service.. smiling people.. every second i felt good . nice music.. best destination for party..

so first thing first...
what is rhapsody??? is it a bar or is it an italian restaurant?
the answer is that it is a bar which serves drinks and finger food.
it also serves food from courtyard's in room dining menu, which honestly is quite pathetic excuse to serve food. 
atleast have a different menu printed for the bar, even if you want to serve the same things.
so we were there few nights ago and they had a wine tasting deal of rs 600++ for 30 ml x 6 wines.. on the face of it, this is good deal. but when you have to drink from bottles which were opened few days ago, its probably not. its actually a disaster in making. red wine is fine, if stored properly. white becomes pure vinegar. 
ordered for some bar food. waited for 40 minutes, no response. had to create a ruckus and finally after another 15 minutes, our food arrived. we politely turned it down because one cannot wait for bar snacks for more than 45 minutes. one may think that maybe the far was very busy but no, that wasn't the case. there were probably 15 people in the entire bar which cane easily seat 75 people.
anyways, then we ordered some food from the in room dining menu which was pretty ok in taste.
the bartender by now was pretty embarrassed about this wholeexperienceand ended up ordering a cheese platter for us on the house. that was very cordial of him.
overall, terribleexperienceexcept the behaviour of bartender who is probably the only thing good about this place. 
food service is pathetic. simply put... avoidable.
