we celebrated our parents 30th anniversary at this lovely restaurant! truly an amazing experience with great food, a stunning ambience and top notch service! we would like to appreciate swagata for her kind dinner arrangement and jatin for his great service & recommendations. a veryspecialthank you to the chef mr.alok for customizing a curry - (veg kofta) from scratch that was out of the menu! our parents being vegetarians absolutely loved it and recommended the chef to add it to their menu :’)

my personal favorites - chit chat , butter chicken with truffle naan, dal makhni & undoubtedly veg kofta! 100% worth it, and will return back again.

we visited rang mahal for aspecialoccasion and were not disappointed at all. the staff was very friendly, especially mira. she provided us with an amazing service making us feel well taken care of. the food was also very good. perfect for a family get together.

we celebrated aspecialoccasion here tonight and without any doubt we had the best experience here than any other indian restaurant in dubai. the quality and taste of food is incredible.

i am someone who hates daal makhani from the core of my being. i do make it a point to try this staple dish at every restaurant i visit but always come away hating it even more. but the daal makhani at rang mahal is incredible according to me. the slight tanginess to it is what made me love it.

jyoti and jatin served us with lot of love and made my birthdayspecialwith a complimentary cake as well.

being to rang mahal after reopening as the previous restaurant masala library was closed down. the fit out is still the same as in masala library. the place was quite empty with rather annoying music playing through all our dinner. unfortunately, the taste & quality of food is nothing close to the dishes served by the previous chef.
prices and also portion sizes are adapted fine dining but taste and quality comparable to a regular indian mid-class restaurant. garlic naan was bland and had the consistency of pizza bread instead of real indian naan, the starters were ok but nothingspecialand each 2-3 pieces at almost 100dhs each dish. the dal was really good, lamb leg, butter chicken and curry again solid but not exceptional with portions on the smaller side.
the prices and portions are ok if there is exceptional taste and quality delivered with a true fine dining experience , unfortunately the restaurant fails here. the waitress was nice but eager to sell many dishes, she was also way exaggerating the size of the lamb leg that „serves 4“ but if no other dishes ordered is maximum good for 2 people. plates are removed while guests are still enjoying their food. plastic bottles on the table. not sure if we will be back anytime soon as the food was average with rather smaller portions, ambiance ok as the restaurant was mostly empty and the music disturbing. it is not indian fine dining with exceptional food/experience and also not really great indian/indian food but tries to be somewhere it isn’t. maybe it will improve with time but this time we left a bit disappointed.

we went there to celebrate our 3rd marriage anniversary. food was fabulous. ambiance was very good. staffs are very professional, polite & well trained.specialthanks to our server rajalakshmi who really took good care of us. we enjoyed their hospitality. our table was very nice with a view of dubai water canal. overall it was a very great experience. highly recommended. keep it up. we will come back again.

my birthday dinner at rang mahal is really amazing with the kind of service food and behaviour. i love the way rajlakshmi took care of us during the full dining exp. i wish them best of luck . definitely everyone should try this on theirspecialday or withoutspecialday because it wll make u special. tke care

while the taste was good the veg good choice was very less
despite telling them that it was aspecialoccasion and receiving confirmation from them, they still did nothing and the cake never came till after we left and reminded them in the way out. very poor service and attention levels for a fine dining 5 star restaurant.
not at all worth the hype! disappointing outing on the whole.

excellent place! courteous staff! exceptionally good customer service!!! certainly going back again.
went in here for anniversary dinner with my wife and parents. it turned out to be excellent choice that we made.
food was great!!! sound unique south indian foods on the menu. rajalakshmi who was serving us was extremely professional and customer friendly. we hope that management would take a note of her superlative customer service which deserves recognition.
she made the occasion even more memorable with a surprise cake and anniversary greetings which had the name of all the restaurant staffs followed by a bhapa doi which we loved!
the restaurant ambience needs nospecialmention, one needs to visit to experience.

the verdict, one of the best restaurants in dubai which we have been to and would certainly visit again.

the food, ambiance, experience, and rajalakshmi, who took care of our orders made it a veryspecialevening. she's so kind and intuitive. their food is excellent in taste and right in portions. will always go back for more.
