i had booked iftar evening and my experince “not again “ . i do not believe how such a renowned restaurant can be so casual . following are few points why i have 1 star .

- booked iftar and reached at 6:40 pm so it’s definitely expected that resturant will give dates and water to break fast . we had to ask explicitly and it came at 6:55 .
- in iftar menu there was chicken biryani . we got veg biryani and 3 times they changed the serving but every time it was veg biryani 😡 how a chef does not know what he is preparing and staff does not know what they are serving after returningfood3 times . sic :( on top of that i was asked to manage with veg biryani till their manager came .
- finally they did not serve desserts also . we had to leave without that .

how such a reputed resturant can be so casual . also i was surprised to see in the iftar section they were servings liquor in the same time very close to our seating area . they could have created a separate section for serving liquor . totally unacceptable .

management must look into this.

overall a good dining experience

shweta and arun were really good and we enjoyed thefooda lot. cocktails could have been better but all in all it was a great experience. main course in particular were a delight.

the quality offoodand service is amazing and perfect place for dates and family dinners and for get together. jyothi is amazing

they advertise the place is for iftar and then refuse to switch of the music during iftar time. the management of this is highly insensitive to religious sentiments. other than that thefoodwas way below average and not worth the spend. don’t recommend it at all there are a lot better options for indian food.

we visited rang mahal for a special occasion and were not disappointed at all. the staff was very friendly, especially mira. she provided us with an amazing service making us feel well taken care of. thefoodwas also very good. perfect for a family get together.

the table and view were lovely! thefoodwas just divine! i had all veg options and they were amazing. our server jyoti was really great and the chef mr. alok kumar also visited our table to check if everything was good. we had a great evening with the most delicious food!

we celebrated a special occasion here tonight and without any doubt we had the best experience here than any other indian restaurant in dubai. the quality and taste offoodis incredible.

the staff here are super nice and helpful. jyoti is bang on with her recommendations and served us with a smile.
i am someone who hates daal makhani from the core of my being. i do make it a point to try this staple dish at every restaurant i visit but always come away hating it even more. but the daal makhani at rang mahal is incredible according to me. the slight tanginess to it is what made me love it.
