ramen dojo: ramen that melts in my mouth. like some ramen parlors, you build your ramen the way you like - pick a soup base, the level of spiciness, and whether or not you want extra toppings on top of the ones you get by default.
my ramen was incredible, and it seems like it melted in my mouth. it warmed up my tummy on a cold winter day.
did i mention, that the line is ridiculously long? so long that my friends and i decided to go there an hour before it opened for the day. we waited right by the door, so that we would be the first ones in. this would be okay and not insane if it was not some 40 degrees outside.. yeah, we were dedicated to getting our ramen. however, be prepared to dine quick, as they need to turn their tables fast. it's definitely not aplaceto sit and catch up with an old friend over some good food.
i really do want to come back for the ramen, but i'm not too keen on waiting in line for a whole hour again. i'll think about it.
