rajwadu is the place who are unaware of gujarati culture so that they can easily get more money with minimal food quantity.. disappointed with punjabi dish quantity and overall all food quantity. quantity is not upto the mark with pricing.and all the items are not there which are provided in menu so you have to order which staffs suggest you

the ambience of the place, the lushness of its garden, the atmosphere, the food, the service, the quantity and variety of food & entertainment & all this at the price at which it comes - its made up for a beautiful evening.
visiting with our belgian visitors - the impression left on them about india was indeed something that had to be seen to be believed. it was quite a sight to see them eating food with fingers indian style & yet relishing the entire experience.
the place is situated inside a dark lane and you start having doubts as to where you are going to in the last stretch, but once you enter the premises - everything changes.
and the price is also reasonable considering all that it offers that can have you spend 3 to 4 hours there with ease !!!

one of the best place to have authentic gujarati meal along with luxurious feeling. super interior. rajasthani dance is too good.
if you are in ahmadabad a must try place for different experience.

if there is a gujarati thali place in the city which i adore and enjoy the most, it has to be rajwadu. right from attending weddings to going for impromptu dinners, the place,food and service never cease to impress me.

things are a breeze here, right from walking in, to securing your coupon at the counter, after which you are escorted to an open-air area where traditional performances take place while you await your turn to be taken to the main dining area. alternatively, you can explore the mini-stores that offer traditional/local items. there are cots spread around for you to enjoy and laze around, which is a real treat by the way in winters when they have bonfires going on. 

once, ushered to the main dining area, a grand feast awaits you and you are introduced to a mode of service that fills up your plate within minutes. the sight is so overwhelming, that it might fill some people's appetites as well. jokes apart, a place that offers so much food can be a hit or a miss in terms of its deliverance, eh? well, i have never found any item here which i have not particularly enjoyed. everything seems to be made with utmost care and the outcome of that  is a highly satisfying experience that beckons more visits. for people with tiny appetites, it could be a case of man vs. food.

the service is very efficient as it normally should be in a restaurant serving thalis and the staff is very polite. some of them go the extra mile in enhancing your meal as well. the place keeps rotating the menu and the items vary as well. recently, they had a food festival that featured a different set of ala-carte menu along with live local musical performances.

all in all, the place is highly recommended. they seem to have been doing a wonderful job so far.

this place is just too good to miss. if you ever crave rajasthani food, you must visit this place! the place and it's ambience are also rajasthani. the whole get up of the restaurant is exotic and rejuvenating. you will enjoy having the thali which covers all types of rajasthani sweets vegetables kadis etc. there's too much on one plate to finish. the food is authentic rajasthani and rich in sugar ghee and oil. so i think two helpings will fill one enough for the next day also! the sweets are a delight. it's best to plan a dinner outing with family and friends. you can't give this a miss! i'd recommend you go on a weekday since on weekends the restaurant is generally overcrowded

awesome place for the gujarati food lovers . great dinning and good arrangement . if searching for some relaxing and good time with your whole family then it's the best place.

rajwadu. an amazing place to be with your friends or colleagues for a fantastic buffet dinner for about rs. 500.

situated at a location between several residential buildings all around, this place has a complete different and amazing ambience.

from lovely artworks, to the puppet show and traditional dances plus a mehendi artist. you have it all here.

after mingling around all these things, you enter in the dining area. there are several ones, choose accordingly. some of them are proper indian style floor sitting.

the food is served in brass utensils. the food is basically a combination of gujarati and rajashathani. awesome taste.
3 different types of rotlas, several sabjis and salads, authentic makkhan, awesome jalebis, and what not!

horrible! earlier it used to be good, but now they have started serving disgusting, refrigerated food. nothing tastes good be it punjabi or their sweet dishes. malpua served was not fresh and was hard to chew. the quantity is too less for the price they are charging. the taste for punjabi was ridiculous and was too oily. i am really thinking about their hygiene at kitchen too. hope someone from govt authority food dept make a surprise visit to their kitchen.

very polite ambience... taste is good... but seating area of gujarati thali is more royal then of ala carte place... overall it was good experience...

અસલી ગુજરાતી ફુડની મોજ એટલે રજવાડું
એકવાર અચુક મુલાકાત લઇ રજવાડું નો ઠાઠ અને ગુજરાતી ફુડ ને માણવું જ જોઇએ

visited on sunday evening a day when most of amdavadi prefer to dine out!

visiting for the first time here i am quite excited to see the ambience, tho i am quite happy to see "desi ambience".
puppet show ,live pottery and a ethnic wear shopping stop also gained my attention a bit😉

coming on food: we ordered typical gujrati food consisting "vagharelo rotlo"," lasaniya bateka","masala khichdi"," masala papad" and
•chhas•
taste is up to mark undoubtedly for sure, price worthy, taste worthy.
i got best ever tasting burrp there 😍😋😍

service: i places • chhas• between bullets bcoz we order it but didn't come till the end ,in short it's quite pathetic service, we didn't expected this from the restaurant who's wearing a crown 👑 for hospitality and best taste of ahmedbad.

but i will bet you won't get this type of authentic taste any where in ahmedbad!

the qulaity of food of "madhurya" now down, not much satisfactory.

it’s a treat to taste buds. although i eat this cuisine at home, visit at this place is always exciting and fun. ambience and atmosphere is so beautiful and peaceful , you don’t wish to leave the place. 😍
from juice to dessert, everything is “desi” or “traditional” 🌸, be it
the sitting arrangement or the plates and bowls.
immense variety of food options. 😍 2 juice, 3 sabji, a plate full of salads, 1 chat, 1 farsan, 2 sweet, 3 types of papad, butter milk, roti, paratha, thepla, 2 kadhi, khichdi, ice cream. 🤤🤤 what to eat and what not to eat 😅
it’s too heavy. but i can vouch for the taste. 😉 it is unmatchable. you won’t feel the need of skipping any of the dish. 😃
hats off to there service. i have visiting it quite a few times but there is no change in service. they are so polite and sweet. 😊
apart from food , for entertainment they have number of good options like: pottery, puppet show, magic show, rajasthani folk dance performance. 💃🏼 good place for children to play around freely. 😀
overall, it’s one of the best place to visit in ahmedabad. .
