can't explain how you are still in business. what is that rice side dish you serve ....not good.

get a new chef. second time back had the crab cakes salty beyond belief. also have the tacos driend out mahi mahi. i have no idea how this place stays in business.if i was in with a large group i would have just left.

pusser's painkiller isn't a joke. grabbed a pusser's painkiller with a friend one beautiful florida afternoon and boy was i in for a surprise. i usually like fruity rum drinks but this one was really strong to the point i could barely finish it. thank goodness i ordered a cup of the cuban black bean soup or i would have been in no shape to drive home.

not good. dry. over cooked. had to ask for silverware and napkins. won't be back.

the best thing i can say is the outdoor dining on a pretty day is nice. the food is overpriced for the quality, small portions. i have tried this place many times and leave quite dissapointed. please get the food up to par!

nice dinner all around. we have been to pusser's a few times over the years and have always found it to be an enjoyable dining experience. we dined there this evening and the barbecued salmon tower was a large piece of fish that was nicely grilled along with a delightful rice cake that was sweet and crunchy with a hint of jerk seasoning. the shepherd's pie was very tasty with a thick, rich sauce and loaded with meat and vegetables. the onion rings we had for our appetizer were also flavorful and the iced tea tasted fresh brewed. the entire staff was friendly and the restrooms were very clean.

atmosphere and dessert was nice but that was it! took about 10 minutes for our waiter to show up. service was really poor. inexperienced wait staff on ever level. food was ok, i had fish and chips my wife the shepards pie, nachos for an appetizer consisted of a an un layered brick of sysco brand chips being held together by a solid block of cheese! was not impressed, will not be back.

dad's day out. awful! dinner for six, half of us couldn't eat the meal!
fish tacos were made with the tail-end of 4 fish-not mahi and all tail
who got all my yummy fish?
grouper special was not fresh.....
my folks love this place but we will not go back- don't make the same mistake!

had a great meal with my wife. the crab dip was terrific. mixed grill, chicken-shrimp-vegetable - and rice, very good. drinks and desert -yummm

what a shame!!!!. 6:45 thurs. night, just joined the group for happy hour, so this small problem can't be called a drunk customer problem!! asked the bartendert to put my 2 drinks in 1 glass, so he thought he had the right to charge me $13 for my drink!!!(with a smile on his face he thought no one was paying attention and when questioned was rude with a " too bad on the side!!!!! " after years of going there this was a first, we will make sure we don't take clients or family there again. after speaking with him, instead of fixing it or clarifing it he threw the check on the bar and walked away. his tip reflected just that. thanks to the manager who helped us out!.

the veggie stir fry was drowning in sauce, but the coconut shrimp and mahi were great! atmosphere is awesome and service is good, too.

a place for crying babies. food was alright. i do not if i would make a special trip to eat here. salad was flat ie little taste and soup was overwhelmed with corn starch thickener. the mussels were big and tasty.

terrible service!. my husband and i went for dinner on 4/6/2012. we were immediately seated which was great! then we waited and waited and waited and 15 mins later we had a waiter come by and get our drink order...already red flags went up. then we waited almost 10 mins before we actually got the 2 ice waters we wanted to start off with. when delivered the waiter says ....ok i will be back in a few minutes to take your orders ...so now we are 25 minutes at the table and he hasn't even taken the appetizer orders. we waited another 10 minutes and decided to leave. the waiter watched us walk out, he didn't stop to ask us what was wrong. the place was not busy. not even filled. we will not go back. terrible terrible service.
