primo's tex-mex grille

we go here fairly often. the margaritas are always good and so is the food. we were a little disappointed with thewaittonight; not because they were busy but because they were understaffed. it was cinco de mayo which was heavily advertised. we arrived at about 4 pm and were told it would be a 40 minutewaitinside and over an hour outside. the frustration was that the restaurant was over half empty. we waited 40 minutes for an inside table. we watched many others turn around and walk out. otherwise the food and service was good as always.

thewaitstaff was attentive and pleasent. the restaunt was clean. the food was good but not great. the view of the lake is awsome. over all i would eat here again.

bad, bad, bad. i am on a campaign for no one to go there - 4 people , lost our seating, wrong food came 20 minutes to get someone towaiton us - waitier told us it was basically our fault - horrible and they weren't even busy - asked for mgr waiter told us he was busy - won't step foot in there again - understand some nights are off but never again

love this place!waitstaff are always on top of things! salsa and chips are great but sometimes is too hot! please tone down the heat or add the mild option.

horrible service 04/17/11. is primo's a sportsbar? if not, then why is the game blasting all throughout the entire restaurant? i can understand if you are sitting in the bar area, but the game was playing so loudly that we couldn't even talk.

our waitress last night was too busy stuffing her face in the back room towaiton our table. i don't think she thought we could see her, but she was in plain view of most of our party. seems like all thewaitstaff was congregating back there.

the busboy was kind enough to bring us a pitcher of water.

after she finally finished her meal she came over and snapped "if you want to order, you need to do it now because the kitchen closes in 45 minutes!" you're kidding me? you disappear for 30 minutes to go eat your dinner (i wonder if you washed your hands?) and then you tell us to hurry up.

the food isn't even worth mentioning... save yourself the misery and drive over the bridge to gloria's or mi concina!
