best pizza in valrico. forget about pizza hut,pap johns,dominos,little ceasars and jet's. this pizza joint has the most wonderful pizza in the area!thecrustis crispy,the sauce tasty and the cheese bountiful.

consistently perfect!. we've been ordering take-out from when they first opened, and they seem to get better and better (as if that were possible!) each time! the veggie pizza is awesome! we ordered it today, and the ingredients were so abundant and fresh-tasting. we like a pizzacrustthat is "crispy" and not soggy, and when we ask for thecrustto be well-done, it always is. we've been in fl for 26 years, and this is the absolute best pizza we've had since leaving nj! and, trust me, we've covered the tampa bay area! give pomodoro's a try; you are going to love them!

yuk. ordered the margherita pizza, was pitiful...soggy crust, hardly any mozzarella, basil or anything, flavorless. i posted pic ( the other half of pizza in the oven trying to crisp thecrustsomewhat and added my own mozzarella and seasonings to attempt to give it some flavor). the works pizza not much better. for the price they charge i would have expected better! don't waste your time or money

get the italiana. i've already written one review on this place but i just love it so much that i have to sing its praises one more time. i really am just a plain cheese pizza person and it's extremely good at pomodoro's. but one of their specialty pizzas, called the italiana, is over the top unbelievably good. the italiana has mozzarella, ricotta, garlic, spinach and tomato -- it's their white pizza with extras that just ratchet it up to stardom. it's luscious, its rich, it flavorful, just the right amount of garlic--its just so wonderful. really, i may have to come back here tomorrow night and get it again!

this is the one!. on an impulse i stopped at pomodoro's just to get a menu as i was in the area. but when i saw the pizzas by the slice -- they looked so good that i decided to order a slice with cheese only. i waited about 5 minutes while the slice was heated in the oven. the restaurant is exceptionally clean, the kitchen is in full view and the staff are nice. three very good signs. my slice was so good. it had a good quality cheese and just the right balance of a luscious tomato sauce that has to be homemade. there was a tiny of sheen of oil that i love on top of the cheese -- but it was not at all a greasy pizza -- it was just right. also, i peeked underneath the cheese and was thrilled to see the kind ofcrusti love in ny style pizza -- it had little delicious chewy bubbly spots that is a sign of a great pizza crust. so, cheese, sauce,crust-- three more very good signs. next time i will bring the family and we will get a large pizza - can't wait! so happy to find the pizza place i've been looking for in brandon!

the pizza you've been looking for.... i consider myself a pizza connoisseur. i stop at most pizza joints and try a slice just looking for that classic ny style that is so sparse in florida; pomodoro is it. when you first walk in, you're greeted to a very friendly staff, the owner, rosario, is always there and very friendly.

when you start with the highest quality ingredients, it's no surprise that the finished product is top notch. they use staislaus tomatoes and grande cheese, need i say more? perfectcrustwith a well spiced sauce and that cheese... well, my family eat there at least once a week.

i cannot recommend this place enough. stop giving your money to the chains and support local business. you'll be glad you did; spread the word!

delicious. i had the pizza, both pepperoni and margherita, and it was fantastic.......thecrustis crispy and just right. my girlfriend had the italian sub toasted and she usually never finishes her meals but this one she ate every last bite!!!! recommended!
