horrendous waittimeeven with reservations!! waited an hour and fifteen minutes after our reservationtimeto get a seat. long wait for wait staff to come to the table. food is as to be expected from a large chain.

after waiting 45 minutes for a table got a table the little girls host made it seem like we was doing us a favor any way ordered foodtimeit got to the table it was cold how hard is it when all they do is warm up food it’s not like they do any real cooking they open a package dump it in a pan and warm it up why bring it to a table when it’s still cold the people with me and myself got up and walked out went to other restaurant

nice chain of chinese food. whenever eating alone i choose there small plates. veggie noodles and cauliflower are my fav and thistimetoo ordered the same.

p. f. chang's was my favorite chinese restaurant as it offered more modern chinese foods that tasted original. thistimei came for dinner and ordered yummy crispy honey chicken and hand-folded crab wontons (see pictures). the ambiance was a typical p.f. chang's, which was cozy and comfy. the service was courteous and helpful as always. so if you happen to be in albany and crave for chinese foods, p.f. chang's shall be your choice.

the only positive aspect was the linebacker crew of this establishment, for they were timely and receptive. the worst p. f. chang's i have ever shared mytimeand money with!!!!!! 5+ minutes delay to be greeted at the bar, drink order received; wrong, extreme lack in attention to detail and customer service, bussing service was lacking attention in situational awareness. steer clear if you are looking for quality of service!!!

had a previous experience in another state and wrote this place off. i was jaded by the taste or lack there of. on a whim, with my wife we visited this place again and to my surprise i enjoyed the food. service was a bit slow but we enjoyed thetimealone. the ambiance was decent although the music was distracting. some of the servers were not professional in their conversations, hopefully that will change.

pf chang is always expected to be the same. however the ones in us are different as they got a bar menu when compared with the middle east, which is a sure plus. i love the orange peel beef and the pepper steak along with a selection of wine is a good go even though its a very limited one.

however, most of thetimeyou feel the waiters need to be more organised.

it's the same restaurant as pe wei but this is fine dining restaurant .. weekend waitingtimeis 15 to 20 mins .. food excellent almost same menu as pe wei but just little elaborate ..

jose was a great server. the food was great!!
i have seen in the reviews about the servers being too slow. i found josé to be just intimefor everything. i have also learned that being a server once myself that you can't please all the people all the time. if you're too fast they complain if you're too slow they complain. i say if you think you can do any better get up and show me how it is done. in all my yrs. i never had complaints.

better swing for the fence.... i really liked p.f. chang's the firsttimei went. my kung-pao chicken was really good and the hot chili peppers gave it quite a kick. since then, i've had a few p.f. chang's meals from the frozen food section of the grocery store, and on my subsequent two visits i thought the food in the restaurant tasted a lot like the frozen meals. the food seemed really bland, especially the dan dan noodles, which are billed as a spicy dish. the wait times can be pretty long for dinner. it's just not worth the wait and the money for bland food covered in a semi-sweet glaze. i'm not opposed to going back once more, but chang's is about to strike out with me.

so little for the price!!. five of us went to p.f. chang's, we use to love it! but the price has went up and up and the amount of food is less and less!! "wow" we could not believe how little you got for one of the most expensive chinese food around! and it was at onetimesome of the best chinese food you could get in this area. now, it is so very disappointing!! it will be a very long, longtimebefore we will return!

dinner. they keep raising the prices and giving you smaller and smaller amounts of food! the food is not as good as it once was either! it will be a longtimebefore the seven of us will be back!!!!!!!!!!!!!

great firsttimeexperience. husband, daughter and i went here today for lunch just before noon. i have not been to a p.f. chang's in over a decade, and that was in san diego, so this was very much like a first-time experience for all 3 of us. the host and hostess were both friendly and quick to get us seated in a comfortable booth. our waitress was polite, helpful with her suggestions, and able to answer a couple of questions we had about different dishes.

my husband and i took advantage of their prix fixe for 2 offer. i had egg drop soup, he had hot and sour soup. both were served at the right temperature and flavorful. we had seared ahi for the appetizer (for a small additional fee). it was perfection - so tasty. our entree choices were honey chicken and pepper steak, served with white and brown rice. the rice was good, and the entrees were outstanding. the pepper steak was spicier than we had expected, but still very good.

daughter (she's 7) had the "baby buddha feast" for her meal - steamed broccoli, carrots and snap peas with white rice. she's a pretty picky eater and she cleaned her plate, so i'd say it was good!

we only had sweet tea (me, her) and mr. pibb (him) to drink, but refills came right on time.

for dessert, we each got our own mini dessert. husband had a peanut chocolate crunch cake ("best dessert ever" - his words), daughter had chocolate torte ("better than cheesecake factory" - her words), and i had tiramisu (simple but amazing).

we will definitely go back. :)

this woman manager in clifton park played us an other couples waiting for a table we walked an were told 15-20 minutes 20 minutes came an noticed parties that arrived after us with 4-5 peopme went so i asked her much longer its been 25 she ended up saying i told you 45 i ended up saying you told told us 20minutes. we we're not the only couple fooled. she is rude an unpleasant an she unfortunately doesn't know hertimewell. lasttimewe ever come here again.

not going back again!!. not again!! i have had couple of bad experiences here at p f chang. once there was a stapler pin in our spring roles. well i know that it a terrible one and we still paid for our food after complaining to the manager. just the rolls were replaced. after certain months we went back and thistimefood was terrible. taste of lettuce wrap was no more the same. everything was too bland. fried rice was dry and bland. another one, buddh'a feast, sauce was bitter and singaporean noodles were tasteless. our server didn't even ask us how spicy we want our sauce to be,she didn't want to even mix it for us. totally disappointed with the food and service. the saviour was tiramisu. i am not going there again unless i here there service and kitchen has improved.
