good service, decent food, but not great. all of the dishes we ordered at the table had far too much sauce on them, as if they are trying to disguise a bad flavor in the dish. although i'm sure there were plenty of other options on the menu without the heavy sauces. the sound was bouncing off the walls in theplaceand made it so loud, and the spotlights in the ceiling were shining in my eyes all night long. i probably won't be back, but it wasn't a terrible experience, just mediocre.

i love the lo mein noodles with pretty much any meat they offer. it is a pretty expensiveplaceto eat but in my experience, you get what you pay for.

this is a upscaleplaceand huge one with nice ambience. tried egg drop soup and this is nicely done. tried the lobster and shrimp rice ..this is not so good but not too bad either..has lightly sauted rice with eggs n soya sauce topped with shrimps enough for an entire joint family or about 3 generations..the lobster however will be taken away by the youngest generation 😊. the lettuce wraps are nice, the wontons are great.

greatplacefor a date night.  they have a "pick 2" option which is becoming more popular these days.  with that, you get 2 soups, 2 entrees, 1 appetizer, and a dessert.  chang's spicy chicken was very refreshing and flavorful.  the banana spring rolls had the best tasting ice cream i think i've ever had.

the ambiance of theplaceis warmth and decent.
once we entered the staff gave us a warm welcome and asked for reservation.
they took us to our table and addressed our stuart to us.
theplaceis calm and has glam lights around.
the table given to is was comfy but distance from the other table beside us wasn't that comfortable going in and coming out.
our order was :
soup : wonton
we ordered it cup size and no pork.
the broth tasted really good but the chicken chunks weren't soft enough they were like eraser/rubber. rest of ingredients went well with the soup. the cup serves only for 1 person.

main course : asian grilled salmon & fried chicken rice with hot sauce

grilled salmon we opted for fully cooked and max spicy. it was ok . fish was seasoned good and cooked well. but the sides it was given with made the dish look dry.

fried rice with hot sauce:
fried rice was really good , i liked it the most but the hot sauce given with it wasn't that spicy as expected. but the fried chicken rice is worth a try.
dessert : ny cheesecake
this was my husband fav. he loved it to the core and enjoyed every bit was it.

had a previous experience in another state and wrote thisplaceoff. i was jaded by the taste or lack there of. on a whim, with my wife we visited thisplaceagain and to my surprise i enjoyed the food. service was a bit slow but we enjoyed the time alone. the ambiance was decent although the music was distracting. some of the servers were not professional in their conversations, hopefully that will change.

thisplacehas really gone down from what it used to be, but i do have to give them props for now having a gluten free menu. the non alcoholic ginger beer is great!

not for me. food can be had at a good buffet. service is not good. management does not do it's job, children running around disturbing other guests and not a peep from the oblivious parents or the floor manager. not sure how thisplacecan be so crowded but they must be doing something right, i just couldn't see it.

the p.f. chang's experience. after reading the negative comments on this review site, it is apparent to me why the people that left them did. ignorance at it's finest. the negative reviews on here come from a person that allows autism to be an excuse for their belligerent child, and another person cries about a napkin under the cup. my server bagged my food and filled my cup before it even was half empty. then the atmosphere not being warm? it is very welcoming, and warm. our server even lit a candle at the table. the service was and still is great, and the food is exceptional. albeit the prices aren't the greatest, but the food is superb and worth it. (not saying you're going to break the bank but it is above average) however, you leave knowing your money was well spent. i say disregard the negative nancys' on here and give theplacea shot.

on a much lighter note; their fried calamari and dumplings are the bomb!

thisplaceis fun. the atmosphere is nice, food is good waitstaff a bit slow but didn't stop me n my husband from going back again with our kids.

i've seen the pf chang's in warrington many times and being reasonably bright i figured out that it was chinese. i'd avoided it for the simple reason that it is a chain and that has proven to be a mistake. we stopped by today for lunch and we were quite satisfied to say the least.   inside it is large and full of stone. stone walls, stone floors bright lighting in some areas, mood lighting in others. overall a nice ambiance. being that time between lunch and dinner theplacewas relatively empty. we were seated, presented menus and told that our server would be right with us.  one of the main reasons for our favorable experience was our waiter, a nice young man named phillip who was very helpful, informative, friendly and had a wonderful attitude. it is amazing how a good server can make a meal.  i ordered the lunch portion of the lemongrass salmon with asparagus on fried rice. $11.95 plus a buck for the fried rice. teresa ordered the ginger chicken broccoli at $9.75 and we shared a sm

passing on this one next time. decor is attractive, the food- not so much. it's a shame, if the food quality matched the ambience thisplacewould be a home run.

those peppers are hot!. i like hot! we had reservations and our table was ready when we arrived 10 minutes early. this is chinese food that's well prepared and more expensive than your local take out. it's good so go ahead and pay for it. we had an oolong marinated sea bass and a grilled salmon both good however the sea bass was really good. for me the salmon was overcooked but that's my taste. both served with white or brown rice, we also had a lemon brussels sprouts side which was finely shredded and pretty good also. pork dumpling app was perfectly steamed. wine choices were a surprise and good too. overall theplacewas packed and i got bumped a few times by the staff. the peppers were in our friends' dinner (we all shared as is the custom here) kung pao scallops and chicken i think. both really tasty as were the crab rangoon's. drinks averaged ten bucks each. overall we had a nice time. i couldn't figure out the best seat in the house but it was near us.

this is our favorite chinese place. yeah, i know it's a chain, but when it's great, it's great. love the lettuce chicken wraps, love the honey chicken, and their kung pao chicken/shrimp is so crunchy and tasty, i actually get cravings for it. i'd give thisplacea 5 of 5 star rating. the wait staff is knowledgable and friendly. bar staff ain't too stingy with their drinks either.

thisplacehas terrible service...had to wait forever & the server passed our table a handful of times without acknowledging our table. the server spent more time in the back of the restaurant than actually serving tables. other people that arrived after us were were eating before us. made us wait 20 minutes to refill green tea. spend your money & time elsewhere! this girl desiree was terrible & never even apologized for her terrible service of lack of enthusiasm! seriously if you're reading this here's the clear sign that you need to not eat here!!!
