i ordered orange chicken heavy battered and totally tasteless. i understand restaurants are having issues but why serve food in comparison to a chinese buffet where food has been setting under a hot lamp for hours.

good food and service

pf chang’s is a good restaurant, asian fusion type of food, which have a large variety of plates: from sushi to the mongolian beef. the service is always really nice and stuff is always ready to help. wnjoy.

p. f. chang's was my favorite chinese restaurant as it offered more modern chinese foods that tasted original. this time i came for dinner and ordered yummy crispy honey chicken and hand-folded crab wontons (see pictures). the ambiance was a typical p.f. chang's, which was cozy and comfy. the service was courteous and helpful as always. so if you happen to be in albany and crave for chinese foods, p.f. chang's shall be your choice.

this is a upscale place and huge one with nice ambience. tried egg drop soup and this is nicely done. tried the lobster and shrimp rice ..this is not so good but not too bad either..has lightly sauted rice with eggs n soya sauce topped with shrimps enough for an entire joint family or about 3 generations..the lobster however will be taken away by the youngest generation 😊. the lettuce wraps are nice, the wontons are great.

my husband was working here as a dishwasher, and they made him leave because he was trying to tell them the other guys washing dishes were leaving food on the dishes ! he would try to get them to rewash the dishes that still had food on them, an they would be disrespectful. the managers told him he shouldn't worry about it. that nobody there cares and he needs to stop causing problems. his brother has been close to death before because of peanut oil! he was worried for customers, and they just wanted him to leave! they told him he was just making it hard. if you have severe allergic reactions do not eat here!! they do not care. if you don't like eating off of dirty dishes do not eat here.

where: pf chang's

location: 7463 sw bridgeport road, tigard, or 97224

cuisine: chinese

ambiance: sophisticated

pf chang's has got almost 204 outlets in the us but we went to the one in bridgeport village, oregon as it is closer to my place. it is a bistro style restaurant serving chinese cuisine in a sophisticated ambiance.

what we ordered : since we are vegetarians we ordered

1) spring rolls: it was a good choice as we both like spring rolls and it had a good filling in it with veggies. the crust was crispy and not soggy. it was served with soy ginger dip/sauce which was delicious. 4.2/5

2) crispy beans : again a very good option. mr.a is someone who isn't a huge fan of beans and its varieties but he totally loved this crispy beans which is tempura batter covered beans served with a nice dip. 5/5 ( picture not included)

3) ma po tofu : moderately spiced tofu and steamed broccoli. it was tasty but its just that i felt broccoli was more than tofu and could have been a bit more saucy. 4/5

4)hokkien street noodles: it is basically non veg dish but we ordered a vegetarian version of it. it was undoubtedly delicious. the veggies in it were properly cooked and the curry sauce was amazing. 5/5

the overall experience and the service was amazing. the waiting period was also not much.

i hope this review was helpful and if you have not been there yet why don't you plan your weekend dinner there. table reservation is always recommended.

let me know how was your experience there!

the only positive aspect was the linebacker crew of this establishment, for they were timely and receptive. the worst p. f. chang's i have ever shared my time and money with!!!!!! 5+ minutes delay to be greeted at the bar, drink order received; wrong, extreme lack in attention to detail and customer service, bussing service was lacking attention in situational awareness. steer clear if you are looking for quality of service!!!

great place for a date night.  they have a "pick 2" option which is becoming more popular these days.  with that, you get 2 soups, 2 entrees, 1 appetizer, and a dessert.  chang's spicy chicken was very refreshing and flavorful.  the banana spring rolls had the best tasting ice cream i think i've ever had.

was there for friday lunch at this location at bridgeport mall, with colleagues. ordered chicken lettuce wraps, crab wontons, kung pao chicken, kung pao shrimp and mongolian beef from the lunch menu. food was good, typical of of chang and service was good. our waiter was very accommodating. we were on our way to the airport and did not have any issues getting our order served.

amazing food experience at this truly unique asian bistro. sumptuous dishes, uniquely presented and served. one of the best american food chains that balance the quality of food inspite of having many restaurants across the globe.

in general we like pf chang's. however, on thursday evening last week there were some service issues.

we arrived around 8:30 pm and were told there would be a one hour wait. the hostess asked for my phone number so she could call us when our table was ready, and we did some shopping in the adjacent mall. we were back just under an hour later, but had not received the call. the hostess said she left a voicemail, but i did not get the message until we started to our table. technology is wonderful when it works. oh well, stuff happens.

we were seated around 9:30 pm, and the restaurant didn't look too busy. our server was pleasant and took our order. we chose the p.f. chang's for two, a fixed price menu with soup, appetizer, and two main dishes; dessert would be extra. we started with cup of hot and sour soup each; good soup. then we shared chang's chicken lettuce wraps. a bit messy; the lettuce pieces were mostly too small for wrapping, but it was tasty.

then we waited. after a little while another server came to our table and told us that our server had gone on break, and that he would be looking after us. i get that; sometimes your restaurant meal conflicts with a server's schedule. then we waited, and waited, and waited. after a while i started looking around to flag someone, to see if they could find our server. someone must have noticed, and my guess is they alerted a manager, who came by and apologized for the delay. then she asked if we wanted anything, and i said we wanted our dinner. not much more was offered.

the two main dishes finally arrived (not either of our previous servers). kung pao chicken (nice little kick) and beef with broccoli (some of the beef was a bit chewy).

they didn't charge us for the banana spring roll dessert. fortunately swmbo likes bananas, but i don't. we left the restaurant at 11:30 pm, two hours after we were seated.

excellent service. our waitress (mary-jo) was really friendly and very helpful.
steamed pork dumplings were delicious as were the chicken lettuce wraps (known at home as san choy bow). the edamame with citrus and chilli was also excellent.
good lively atmosphere and the prices were very reasonable.
very enjoyable.
