january 31, 2016. my girl and i tried dining here. at first, we felt excited about the variety of sauce we can try in combination with their peri peri chicken as well as the unlimited soup. when our orders were taken, my order was jotted down okay but my girl's order was not available so she ordered again and again and again, until the set she'd chosen was finally available. fortunately, the unlimited soup was self-service so i got a cup or 2 while waiting. after 15-20 mins, my girl received her order, it was quite similar to my order but i assumed the fish sticks included in my set could be the reason of the delay. unfortunately, after another 15 mins of waiting, i'd been eating a significant portion of my girl's food as well as a number of scoops of soup and yet, my order was still on pending status so we decided to follow it up. surprisingly, we were informed that my order was not available even after waiting for more than 30 mins and i was right it was because of the fish but i was wrong to assume it was just delayed because it isn't, it would never arrive on my table. irritated but still we went for another try, the order was confirmed to be available this time. we continued eating my girl's food and continued getting more soup. 30 mins passed and still, poor me, no food on my table. our cool ran out and we approached the manager to cancel our order and print our bill out. the bill came and we got even more frustrated, there was a 10%servicecharge, thus, we told the manager we're not willing to pay for theservicecharge since theirserviceis no good. definitely not a goodserviceand experience we had. too bad 1.0 is the least rating we could give. hope the management would learn something from this review.
