peri peri charcoal chicken

very spacious compare to other branches of peri-peri. attentive, approachable and courteous staffs, fast and clean service. a restaurant well known for variety ofsaucesthat will pair to their fresh chicken. good place to eat with families, colleagues, friends and more. highly recommended.

first time to try peri peri chicken in this branch, and i must say that i was surprised on how tasty the chicken was. the rice and thesaucesthat go with the meal really complement the chicken that makes the whole experience to remember. as for the price range, the food is kind of pricey by the looks on how small their serving is.

after strolling around the outlet shops around laguna, my boyfriend and i decided to have dinner at peri peri charcoal chicken since (1) he hasn’t tried it yet, and (2) i kind of wanted to redeem some faith in this well-praised chicken from my not-so-good, not-so-legit chicken first time experience from another restaurant.

for that evening, we had some (sao paulo) 1/2 chicken peri-peri with two sides and some peri-peri chori nachos. believe it or not, the serving was actually very filling and generous for two (though i’d have to warn that sometimes we eat like a bird so that might’ve been the case that night). flavors are so pronounced, grilled just right and the addition ofsaucesamps it up to perfection. the nachos was a heaping mountain of chips and everything else good. we took most of it home because we’re already full enough but immediately warmed it up and snacked on it as we came home and let me tell you, it tastes just as good. would definitely come back for those.

the food is very good since i love chicken. ☺ what i really loved in peri peri is that there's a lot ofsaucesto choose from. the ambiance is quite good, most of the time they are full. i just hope for some extension. the price is reasonable for their great food. perf. for family. 😊

good portions, lots of choice forsaucesand family friendly. space is too cramped though, which made the experience a little uncomfortable. over-all a good place to try peri-peri chix, but if youre expecting the traditional peri-peri taste dont keep your hopes up!

chicken is really tasty. thesaucesare great too. only sad thing was that the tortilla side dish was really small and only two pieces. the rice side dish was big enough for one though.

their food is great! the chicken is very tasty and flavourful. and theirsaucesare good too. i will definitely go back there soon because i am very satisfied with their food.

atmosphere/ambiance: slightly hot maybe it was exactly 12nn, the place is crowded.

cleanliness: yes! but not in the sauce station..

service: you need to wait for the chicken, at least freshly cook and hot!

food: love the vareity of differencesaucesfor the chiken. pilipili sa peri peri sauce!

the food was great. at first i thought it was like one of those chicken places but what surprised me was the range ofsaucesthey have which made our dining experience enjoyable. i ordered the boneless chicken with java rice and coleslaw on the side and it was an amazing play of flavors in my mouth plus the chicken meat was so tender you can't help but savor it with every bite. would definitely recommend this place to my family and friends. 😊👍🏼

you get what you pay for. nothing special with their chicken but theirsaucesmake it special. service was fast and ambiance was great. would definitely go back.

i was very surprised that their peri-perisauceswere bursting into flavors, which is not what i expected because i thought they're just like nando's whichsauceswere simply delicious. the service crew were good, the ambience was okay, the food were also good and totally worth the price. i might visit again the next time around. :)

while waiting for the first showing of a second chance, we (me and my girlfriend) had lunch today at peri peri in solenad 3.

what caught our attention is the restaurant's design concept. it has a western texas design. there are seats outside, the lights are not so bright, and the seats are comfy. it is not space-y inside though. they also have water drums as their design and it also serves as their cabinet. haha! their crews are also friendly.

we ordered bahia and fernando's. bahia is a 1/4 chicken with one side and fernando's is a boneless chicken with one side and salad. my side is java rice and my girlfriend's is fries. they also offer unlimitedsauceswith plenty to from. we chose chilli peppa, garlic brew and hoisin sesame.

they serve some of their dishes on a chopping board. their chicken was good, it is not dry, tasty and yummy. you must really pick the rightsaucesbecause it is a bit ordinary without it. it also tastes good when you mix it with the other sauces.

we are grading this with a 4.0 because of their unique concept and, taste and presentation of food.
