pei wei asian diner

we love the chicken lettuce wraps, tuna rolls, and the pei wei spicy chicken salad. we alwaysordersome combination of those 3 items so i can't tell you about the rest of the menu. we alwaysorderto go. the inside is always crowded and is not the most kid friendly environment. over all, we do love our favorite menu items andorderfrom here frequently.

not consistent... and myorderis always wrong.. i don't know why i even bother any more. we go here weekly, and every time, ourorderis wrong. i was even told by theordertaker how toorderfood, to go or dining in, to ensure myorderwas right. and it's still wrong. the manager actually knows us because of this, and she is so sweet. but her staff keeps on keepin' on, and it's very disappointing. plus, when two peopleorderthe same thing, it's frustrating when one person gets triple the other. and when you ask for "extra" of something, there should be more of it... not less. i asked for extra veggies today and wasn't even give enough for a full serving. like i said, i don't know why i even bother. at least the food tastes good, though.

nice place. this place is really good. i generallyorderthe pei wei spicy with chicken. portions are medium to large and worth the money. the crab rangoon is really good. the place is kid friendly. they also have these new cool soda fountain machines that are pretty hip and fab.

one thing that sticks out to me here is the really good customer service i've received each time i've dined in.

overpriced for what it is. i understand the hipness of it, but to me the food leaves a lot to be desired. i alwaysorderthe broccoli and tofu noodle bowl, and to me, they always screw up the tofu. i know that it's a delicate thing to prepare, but really, every time? i would be more willing to be a regular if i felt like the food quality was reflected in the price. but to me, always a better choice than p.f. chang's.

favorite healthy chinese. chicken teriaki the best no carrots extra veggies. thats what is the greatest you can have it made your way and there is no msg added to the food. love the edamme , dann dan noodles rock spicey if you like that kind of thing and i do!! hot and sour soup is yummy. i have never had myorderincorrect and i eat there once a week . they have delicious tea.

great pad thai!. i love their chicken pad thai! i think about ordering something different but i always fall back on my favorite. i've sampled many other dishes that my friends/family has ordered and they have always been good. the lettuce wraps and hot & spicy soup are my husband's favorites. i usuallyorderthe honey chicken for my daughter. the adult portions are quite large and perfect for sharing or leftovers. side note about the kids menu: most of the time, they bring out the kid plate first. it is great! i can cut up my daughter's chicken and get her settled before my meal arrives. more restaurants should try this. (i asked the manager once if this was by design or if it just happened that way. he said that the kids meals usually finish cooking before the bigger portions and so they bring it out first.)
