terrible customer service. the hostess acted extremely rude when we asked for a different seating option other than the first one she offered. i was under the impression it was there job to seat people, obviously she isn't in the business of making sure the customer is happy. after sitting down for a few moments we decided this was not the restaurant for us and went to nonna's down the street...greatfood and nice staff there!

no thanks. i hadn't been to pearls in forever and i will probably not ever want to go to crabwtown again. first the service was awful...really really bad. and the server never acknowledged that he was horrible which is even more annoying. no sorry you waited for over 10 minutes before i came to take your drink order....sorry i got your order wrong....nothing. food wasn't all thatgreatand def not good enough to make up for the horrible service.

my wife and i ate lunch here to commemorate a birthday and the food, atmosphere, hospitality was fantastic.greatcajun cuisine...has the crab dip for a starter and mahi mahi for lunch. exceptional taste. price for lunch wasn’t highway robbery. barely mentioned the birthday to the server and they without prompting brought a nice sized ice cream sundae out. limited free parking to the west of the restaurant entrance. will come back for dinner to sample more of the menu!

clam chowder fries are the bomb. steak was perfect and my wife ate the majority of my sweet potato fries because their seasoning was perfect. 4.5 instead of 5 simply because my wife's meal of shrimp fettuccine did not come with a salad. greatdinner!

what?. i have read a few bad reviews and we almost didn't give it a chance, i'm glad we did

crab dip was perfect, i got the crab town fried trio and it was great, my wife had a chicken fried steak and it was good too.
go for yourself and try this place ,greatfood, 5$ hurricanes weren't bad either!! haha

always agreatmeal. my wife and i had supper here last night with another couple. as always, the service was prompt and friendly. the food was great. big flavor and plenty of it. we'll be back again and again.

the crab is terrible. one of the dishes is actually made of "krab" ie processed fish. you have to pay extra to get real crab meat in it. that said the shrimp are amazing, and the catfish isgreattoo.

good food, lousy service. only place to get a good crab boil in okc, but don't get too excited its notgreatby any stretch. the service is always bad - 6 for 6. however, for crab, andouille, shrimp, potatoes and corn cooked and seasoned well, the price isn't terrible and it will satisfy a craving. the krabby balls are agreatstarter and kids love the decor.

i have mixed reviews. overall, we had fun and the food was good. the front of the house served their purpose in that they took my name and called it when our table was ready. the food was good... the king crab was delicious but a bit over cooked. the shells were a bit soggy and tough to work. what made our experience outstanding was our waitress, rena. she was all smiles, madegreatrecommendations and was very attentive. we had a fun time and i'd recommend pearls to friends and family.

some good things. i had the clam chowder and i have to say that the menu is correct in saying that it's award winning. i think that's the best clam chowder i've ever had. now for the ....."but" part. someone needs to show them how to cook crawdads. i think they just put it on the menu thinking no one is going to order it. they were terrible here. very mushy, bland, no flavor, poorly cooked. the meat was brown like they were frozen or something.greatservice.

excellent . . . again!! we eat here 2 to 3 times a month and it is always good. best waitstaff in town. try the coconut shrimp -yum!! they have agreattv& smoking room made for good food & ou football. try it for agreattime.

yum yum crab. i went to crabtown with my husband for our weekly date. i was surprised how comfortable and romantic it was. not only did the booths provide privacy but the service was outstanding. we enjoyed a yummy crab dip and crispy coconut shrimp the was to die for. my husband had the grilled garlic butter halibut which he still raves about and i enjoyed their famous crab and shrimp boil. i have not enjoyed seafood that fresh since my time on the coast. for dessert all i can say is homemade whiskey bread pudding and key lime pie was sinful. i will be returning to thisgreatfind as soon as possible.

tasty, but not agreatvalue.... i figure this place is at least halfway intended for tourists but they run spots on tv here so they must want the locals to at least give it a shot. i saw the shower of seafood pouring down on the table in that commercial and admit it got me.

let us just get it out of the way right up front… there is something of a divergence of the tv portions and the real life portions when it comes to the crab boil. i got 6 legs (not huge, not tiny) instead of the 4 many previous reviewers have mentioned. i got 7 medium sized peel 'em shrimp. two corns and 4 or 5 new potatoes. that's about it. it tasted good but $20 later and i was still hungry.

on a happier note my dining companion ordered the pecan encrusted trout. it was a generous portion and was quite tasty accompanied by some very good mashed potatoes. for our appetizer we had the fried crawfish tails and clam chowder. the tails were piled high on an appetizer plate and not greasy at all. the chowder was fairly mediocre. if you've ever had the real stuff in new england you'll definitely want to go with something else.

the place is a cool old building which makes it fun and, at least on our visit, the staff was quite friendly and attentive. we were never wanting for refills and everything else was brought to the table promptly and with a smile. the manager even stopped by toward the end of the meal to make sure everything was satisfactory.

it's not bad but there is better seafood to be had elsewhere in okc. seems like it would be a fun place to go with a lot of people.
