our favorite place to go to whenever we are back in denver. we always start with their fritto misto, followed by gnocchi bolognese for me & a mascarpone and prosciuttopizzafor my husband. great food!!

where did the flavor go?. once a great hidden gem in denver has now changed into a big flavorless chain-like restaurant.
i used to come here for apizzaand a loaf of bread. it is not the same and even the decor has turned bland. so sorry you are gone parisi.

mozzarella di buffalo (upcharge of $4) = globs of the cheese on top of the regular pizza, instead of thepizzaprepared and cooked w the buffalo. horrible.

what happened to parisi. wow!!! parisi is dead. it has been replaced by mediocre food, and stark impersonal decor. the amazing oliva sandwich is gone, thepizzais like chainpizzawith the fantastic unique toppings gone. the gnocchi was ok, but not fresh as in the past. big big disappointment. this used to be the best restaurant in denver, now... no real reason to go back.

what happened???. my husband and i had our first date at parisi, and the past few years we dined here for nearly every birthday, anniversary, promotion, holiday, "date night", or any other time we felt like having a reliably fantastic meal. a few times, we tried the basement restaurant firenze a tavola, but preferred the ambiance, and menu of parisi. this restaurant became very sentimental to us, and we will always have great memories over too many carafes of wine. tragically, that's all we can chalk parisi up to now...great memories. the name of the restaurant should have been changed with the remodel, because this is not parisi. i don’t know what this is, but parisi died along with the beautiful, rustic, romantic ambiance. the decor is now stark, cold, and void of any original, or remotely unique character. the odd layout almost feels like a cafeteria, and i felt like we were actually eating our dinner with the family in the next booth. i’m a fan of the new bar area, and can understand the choice to minimize the market feel, but this now resembles a generic chain restaurant at best. my husband had the prosciutto, ruccola e parm, and it was basically a salad thrown on top of an obviously pre-made cheese pizza. they do offer an actualpizzasalad, but that’s not what this was supposed to be. it was awful. i had the tagliatelle al funghi, and it was pretty good despite swallowing something slimy, and not discernible as any of the listed ingredients. unfortunately though, i can find a decent pasta dish closer to home. we always made a point to make the drive to parisi, because of the overall experience. that experience is gone, and a decent pasta dish is not enough of an incentive to return. in my opinion the remodel, and new menu was a huge mistake.

best cheesepizzaever - hands down!. i've had good pizza, but the cheesepizzahere is the best cheesepizzaever. everytime i take someone to experience it, they can't wait to get back and order it again. the mix of gorgonzola cheese really gives it a ton of flavor. the crust is great too.

this place is so cute, and has its own dessert bar with all kinds of fresh goodies along with gelato. amazingpizzahere!

one of my favs. i have lunch here a couple times a month and about once month for dinner. love it. the food is the most authentic i've had in denver. i couldn't eatpizzaanywhere after coming back from italy and thepizzahere is outstanding. had dinner downstairs at firenze and that was authentic as well. pricey but worth trying.

pizza that hits the spot. parisi's is the "treat"pizzafor us, when we're willing to spend a little more and have a craving that only parisi's will satisfy. the dining room, however, is uncomfortably tight and loud and not kid friendly and many times i just don't want to deal with the cafeteria and having to navigate through the crowd to get a napkin. maybe that's why their dishes are so light on the sauce, so you don't need extra napkins. i'd prefer more sauce.
