franco italian comfort food done right. chef -owner janice provost, is the ultimate hostess to agreatmeal in dallas. be sure to try thegreatolive bread with your dinner. the specials are always good bets, and the wine list is complete. try a few of the small plates to start, such as the sliders or the escargot.

so i am back to working nights...the day shift wasgreatbut here i am. since i don't get to see sol as much i decided to get my arse out of bed and go to lunch with her. we wanted something good but couldn't figure out where to go. i even posted somethin

always excellent. this is one of our favorite neighborhood restaurants when we want a reliably good meal. it's always a pretty restaurant, though the patio is nice. drinks are well prepared, they have a nice wine list. food is very fresh, seasonal, presented beautifully and the service is excellent 99% of the time. if you are dining with someone and want to visit, this is agreatplace as the noise is never overwhelming. if you have a seat where you can see into the kitchen, enjoy the show. it can be a little confusing as there are two entrances into the restaurant so don't be surprised if you feel you are walking in the back door. enjoy it--we always do!

we had a fantastic evening on new year's eve at this happening spot. chef chad greeted us personally and took care of us all evening. i had a magnificent ahi tuna appetizer, the best caesar salad i have had in dfw, and a delicious risotto that took care do my dinner entree with enough left for lunch the next day. all followed by agreatsouthern style cobbler with ice cream.

wonderful in the mid afternoon for late lunch and early dinner menu was just what we wanted speculation mention of cauliflower mashed sidegreatwe also liked chad all dressed up in his mid day tea shirt

the service was great! (ask for daniel!) the foie gras with cherry gastrique was excellent, the ceasar salad proved it's rating as best in dallas.... the risotto was creamy but over powered by the excessive sage and heat from the sausage which was too present in the dish ... the pappadelle was excellent though there was some grit in the last bite and over time the sauce had a latex/chemical aftertaste possibly due to being slightly oily with a less than perfect scamorza... overall agreatdining experience

i'm putting this restaurant on my new favorites list. the halibut was cooked to perfection and you must try the portabello fries w/truffle sauce. the cosmopolitan deco & agreatatmosphere makes you not want to leave!
