fantastic thai food in tigard!. you can't beat pacific breeze. the quality of the food is excellent. it is always fresh (if you order to-go, expect a 15 - 20 min wait -- they make it fresh!) we like typhoon! once in a while, but for quality and price, you can't beat pacific breeze. given the choice between the two, we'd pick pacific breeze 9/10 times. what a score for this much deprived suburb! :)lovethe panang curry, pad gau prau, pad kee mao, tom yum soup, - delicious!
