the whole concept of oom is something i have never experienced. it's quite intimidating at first but the pay off allows you to finally click as to why they call it "mixology."
this is no bar, it's cocktail science and experimentation- something i really wouldn't mind observing one day.
there are no waiter suggestions, no explanations - just your own mind making the decision and your palate acting as judge. i really enjoyed my miso sorbet concoction with caramelised glass-like sugar and sesame seeds.
it's agreatway to start a night out or before a dinner.
