their bar is more kitted out than most restaurants i've been to, sous vide machines just to managed infusions and foams.
they layer flavours and textures, temperatures and presentation better than any restaurant i've eaten at.
this is a unique and wonderful experience that changes, the drinks i had now will be replaced in a few months time.
also i now have a craving for tofu, seriously, tofu.
just go, you use your nose to pick the drink and they do the rest.
