simply delicious. you'll love it if you go. i love to try new things but this actually threw me for a loop a little, should i order sweet or savory? what to do?! i'm female so of course i went for the chocolate, delicious. then i got the banana & caramel crepe, it was also delicious. yes i had 2 meals. there are some reviews that said portion size is small but satisfying....i'll agree w/ 1/2 of that, small. not ridiculously small, but i am a big eater, i'm 5'4 130 lbs but i can eat more than most....so i needed 2 orders. on the bright side i get to try more food and leave a more thorough review right? :)

i have always made my own crepes and i love them, very versatile, delicate and yummy. i know what it costs to make a batch of crepe batter and just how many crepes that can make, so i thought it was kind of pricey, but they're trying to make a living too, pay bills, etc, i totally get it. plus i don't want 65 crepes in my kitchen hahaha.

i'll be back, very nice people, yummy food and a cute little place. try it, you won't be disappointed.

i like french food. there is a certain simplicity to it in elevating a few flavor notes to create a masterpiece. unfortunately there is a mystique to french food which makes people assume that it should be snobby and expensive, often perpetuated by french restaurants. not so for the noble crepe which is the ultimate in simplicity. crepes can either be savory or sweet and are really nothing more than a slightly sweet, thin pancake.

pain au chocolat. misnamed "chocolate croissant" by silly americans, but the owner appreciated someone who knew how to pronounce it correctly ;)

good crepes. period.. the crepes were delicious. accompanying items (in this case bacon and eggs) were below par. rubbery, overcooked eggs and cheap, thin bacon. i suggest ordering crepes only. plus, a french cafe should always serve great coffee. not so here. this was a mixed experience.

truly authentic french crepes, delicious variety of sweet & savory & the customer service was excellent! greeted at the door by the owner in his lovely thick, french accent. he also came to each table as we ate to check on all the guests. thumbs up from my hubby too who was originally a little sceptical since he hasn't really eaten real french crepes before. would definitely recommend this place & will be back!!

wholly crepes..... first visit was at lunch today - ordered the savory "quebec" ($6.99) that featured smoked salmon, sour cream & chives with the salted whipped cream. wife had the "provencale" ($7.59), that was stuffed with cheese, ratatouille, chicken and black olives.
not sure why, but the provencale was massive compared to the ultra-thin quebec. both were very savory and had huge flavor, but left us both thinking the serving sizes were really off for a $7 meal.
add on a couple of drinks, and you're easily pushing $20+ for lunch. i'm sure there were cheaper items on the menu, but we both opted for the "house specialties" to get a feeling for the place.
we might try our crepes again for some sweet dessert-style crepes....

our crepes and more is almost perfect. the service is the finest around, the crepes are worth a trip from anywhere within 100 miles and the restaurant is very clean. my only nit pick would be the exterior, if they were in a more traditional restaurant like someplace downtown the place would be perfect.

great little place and very different!. we slept a little late one morning on our visit to historic wilmington, nc and wanted to eat brunch at someplace different. we consulted urbanspoon and found this wonderful little restaurant. their crepes are heavenly, but are light and not overly rich. the coffee was the best ever, and we enjoyed conversing with the friendly owners, who are from france. great, cheerful atomosphere and we plan a return visit soon.
