first of all, thisplacegets a 10 out of 10. the food bangs. period. you aren't there for smiles and hugs, you are there for the most delicious bbq/soulfood in cleveland or anywhere near cleveland for that matter. did you ever think that maybe the reason they are out of ribs is because thatplacebangs ribs out all day and all night? they are busy!!! always!! call ahead and order....check your food before u walk out. i promise that mac n chz will take u straight to heaven. the baked beans are the best i've ever had. anyone who complains about this spot should just stick with their mcdonald's and keep on moving.

not as good as expected.. we arrived around 5:30pm and didn't get our food until around 7pm when we arrived there was only two people in front of us. they had served people who came in after us and got there food before we did. they were out of ribs which i don't understand its a bbq joint. so we had to order rib tips which by the way had more bone and fat than actual meat. ordered two rib tip dinners nothing extra and it was a little over $40. insane! the fries were very wet and soggy because they put them in with the meat along with the bread. so if you don't like soggy fries and bread thisplaceisn't for you. the mac and cheese is very off my family and i couldn't stomach it. they also put your napkins inside with the food so now we have wet napkins. rude people taking orders overall very unprofessional.

good to the last bite. i will drive any distance for their wings with sauce. the attitude is inner city. if you want fake smiles and passive aggression masked as customer service this is not theplacefor you. if you want the good stuff at a reasonable you have found the right place.

good food /bad customer service...like anywhere else. ppl on here complaining about the wait or the lines. its a bbq /soulfood spot, wth you expect. u want fast service, go to a fast food spot. and i agree with theplacehaving ppl with bad attitudes, but they are no different than the ppl who smile at you while talking crap in a nice way. grow a backbone and demand respect. id rather a person show me who they are rather than pretending to be someone else. thisplacehas been in business for years, so one less customer won't matter. fyi...i am not from the "hood", but it aint nothing in the hood that aint in the suburbs! and if you don't know what soul food is google it. u can't call mcdonalds and ask them to read off their menu can you? smfh at these reviews

service. they are to slow, plus called toplacean order and they were out of ribs how can a bar-b-q restaurant be out of ribs. on a one to five rating they get a two.

i love thisplacei always get the polish boy. the food is always fresh and made when you order it.

customer service. at this point i do not frequent this restaurant. for as good as the food is, there is no reason that every woman that works in thisplacehas a very nasty attitude. the attitudes are much like the staff of mcdonalds. rude! and the bbq sauce is regular open pit bbq sauce. it sucks! customer service attracts and retains customers, sorry you missed the mark on this one as you have for the last 10 years.
