best and worst ofopenpit.openpit is truly hood definitely urban with an attitude but the food is off the chain the wings are succulents and the sauce cannot be matchedthey are truly the best in cleveland by the fact that they've lasted 4 years i've lived here 22 years and they've been here nonstop for all those yearsnow they're one of only two bbq restaurant in our city cleveland stamp still standing

the best!. i have never had a bad experience atopenpit. i frequent this establishment regularly and the people are always nice. i love their chicken wings with or without the sauce. the food is always hot and delicious. it is in a less than desirable area, but the best food usually is :-). don't let someones negative attitude stop you from having the best wings of your life!

prices are ridiculous. wanted a fried pork chop dinner fromopenpit with corn and rice & gravy with extra gravy on the rice, not on the
side, and they wanted to charge me $2.00 dollars for a spoon of gravy; what's up with that?? they said they
charge by the ounce; they only give you a spoon because the rice is still dry; gravy is only on the top of the
rice, that's why i wanted a extra spoon of gravy on the rice. i know i'm only one customer, and i been going
there for years, but not anymore! ms. helen made it perfectly clear.

omg. i love the food but the service is poor. the staff members look and act ghetto! if you are from the hood stay in the hood and eat atopenpit but if you are not don't because you will have to wait and see people and things that are very unappealing. good luckopenpit!

customer service. at this point i do not frequent this restaurant. for as good as the food is, there is no reason that every woman that works in this place has a very nasty attitude. the attitudes are much like the staff of mcdonalds. rude! and the bbq sauce is regularopenpit bbq sauce. it sucks! customer service attracts and retains customers, sorry you missed the mark on this one as you have for the last 10 years.
