horrible experience. my husband, my parents and i went to open flame to have dinner. i ordered a filet mignon for $27.99. my steak was horrible andtastedmore like liver than steak and left a horrible taste in my mouth. i even had my husband verify that ittastedpoorly. they asked if i wanted something else instead so i just ordered a gyro plate since my family was already done with their meal. when we received the check, there was the steak for $27.99. we questioned the waiter, he didn't know what to do, so we asked for the manager. she told us that it was their policy that you have to pay for the steak -- even if they are poorly done! she also told us that theytastedit and it was fine. i had only had a bite or two, so i wasn't about to pay for it. i told her that we won't be paying any bill until this is removed. so, instead they charged me for every little detail individually like the potato and the salad. and, that was after they consulted the owner. well, we left and, unfortunately for the waiter, he received absolutely no tip whatsoever. as i walked out, i proceeded to tell the manager to be certain to give the waiter a tip from her own pocket because i would not be giving any. the manager was rude and unprofessional. the chef is a very poor one if he thought that steaktastedalright. and, obviously, for a policy to be in place like that where you pay for food you did not get, they must have had more than one return. do not bother with this place- it is not worth the money and has terrible service.
