heard about one on la balsa in sydney, we paid a visit while on holidays, will be recommending this cafe to all our friends on the northern beaches,stafffriendly, food sensational, and geoff the owner spent some time explaining what to do and where to go while here
we are relocating, and will be moving to this area, all our visitors from sydney will be dining at one on la balsa

breakfast & lunch. this is the place for the best breakfast on the coast. visitors to the coast take them to one one la balsa. the food is great, the view is wonderful and thestaffare probably the friendliest on the coast. they really take an interest in people.
lunch is also great with a varied menu of tasty food. a great spot for a ladies luncheon or lunch with friends.

amazing fresh juice. followed by great salt n pepper squid on a large salad. always friendlystaffand overlooks the water. fantastic. oh and the coffee is great to. just drinking my short mac now.
