greatfood& service. 1st of all, most of the comments on urban spoon are never trustworthy as the reviewers lack experience, taste and class.

2nd after being efoodconnoisseur from around the world to include travel in 27 countries and living abroad for 12, we can honestly say that thefoodquality here was awesome and the service was great! the deep dish pizza is the best in hillsborough county and their special fruit salad is a real treasure. wed find the staff attentive, kind and selfless.

it's a privilege to spend money with this team and this company. we have now gone regularly for several years. after reading some of the "negative" reviews, i wonder how those people were a blessing to those that served them. for instance one couple sitting next to us, tipped only $3.00 on their $19.00 check. people can't raise a family on that. we added a couple to their tip.

bless others and you too will be blessed. the problem with owning a business that serves people, is that they have to serve people! some people can never be pleased and sometimes we are all rude to those that have to put up with us!

terrible customers service. my wife, son and i ordered food. my wife and i got ourfoodand was told my sons would be out soon. we finished and his still never came. we asked if it was coming soon and was told soon. they never offered to cover his pizza or give to us ro go. they finally took it off the bill and never offered to give is the pizza for free. we left with my son not eating. the manager was very rude and all she said was "we took it off the bill, what else do you want. if you want to re-order you can wait for it". i was shocked by this. i never complain, but this was shocking. we loved this place and was my sons favorite place prior. we will never good back after this.

came here with family of four. it was pretty much full, and we were seated with in 5 minutes.foodwise it was very satisfying. pizza options were very good we had the white and chicken parmesan thin crust. the other two dishes were pasta dishes, which when i tasted were also very well done. the atmosphere was very good. lots of 📺 with sports playing. if you happen by stop in for somefooditalian cuisine.

pleasantly surprised. ambiance is nice. wait staff was pleasant. restrooms were clean.foodwas great. i ordered a small sausage pizza. it was very yummy. i will definitely be going back.

i am setting here with a party of eight. this is my first time here and it will be my last. not because of thefoodor service, but because i cannot get a side salad with a cal zone. i'm not trying to get it for free, i wanted to buy it but couldn't. i could have bought a less expensive sandwich and purchased the salad, but not with a cakzine. a policy that foolish doesn't deserve a return visit.

love it. this place was recently recommended to us by friends. being from chicago i was pleasantly surprised at how good thefoodwas. the deep dish was awesome and very north side chicago style.....the thin was excellent as well. we plan to make this our weekly date place.

great place. myself, family, friends and coworkers love this place. my coworkers and i eat lunch here 4 times a week because thefoodand service is consistently good. at least twice a month we take family or friends for dinner.

greatfoodand service. my family and i love this place. thefoodis consistently good as is the service. we've been there with several of our neighbors who also love olde town. i'm always amazed when someone comments on the service in a restaurant, is it the server or them? i've seen people act like complete idiots in places. go for thefoodand you will not be disappointed.

i first tried the pizzeria about a month ago, the service was good and the pizza was good. we all ordered the single pizza special (thick) and had the strawberry (?) salad it was really good. service was so-so. our waitress took a while to get us our bill and we had to ask for tea refills.
my students completed a weekend class so to celebrate i took them here bragging on the food. thefoodwas good but the service was poor. no drink refills and we had to ask for the bill.
not excited about going back, good service is the 2nd reason for going out to dinner/lunch.

thefoodis great but the service is absolutely terrible. i've been to the bloomingdale location 3 times and all three times they were barely busy and we always waited over 10 min to even be greeted! then the drinks took another 10 min. and thefoodis always more than 45 min. thefoodis very wonderful but the service makes the whole experience very unenjoyable. the waitresses are nice but they are slower that snails. it's rediculous!

every time i dine there, everyone is extremely pleasant and thefoodis wonderful. i have no issues as stated below. the staff is always wonderful and thefoodis exceptional. my family and i will always continue to eat there.

just ok. theirfoodis ok, id visit for the salad before the pizza. overpriced imo.

regarding the comments below, just curious, does this place carry children's menus or do they discourage "acting your age"children? i seem to remember kids are discouraged. also, how many other tables had children at the same time? sounds like it may just be a non-kid friendly place? did mgmnt say anything or discuss it or let the situation get out-of-control? sounds like poor mgmnt.as well.

beyond rude. worst experience i've ever had at a restaurant.foodwas ok, but very slow and rude. was there with girlfriends and well-behaved children. while leaving, was stopped and spoken to regarding the children being with us. the man was shocking with his condescending comments. i hope you will never go to this restaurant - no strawberry salad is worth giving them your money. i have never complained to any employee at any restaurant, sentfoodback, or written a review on a website. this is how horrible this man was to me and my friends. do not go to olde town pizzeria!!!

pleasantly surprised. my wife, son, and myself stopped by here for the first time the other day and were very surprised how delicious thefoodwas. we tried the thin crust peperoni & sausage which was loaded with toppings. this is far from the norm as most places seem to give you as little as possible. we also had their strawberry salad to go with the pizza which was fantastic. all in all we were out the door for under 30 bucks (less than $10 per person) which is very rare these days when eating out. will definitely be back!
