great food & service. 1st of all, most of the comments on urban spoon are never trustworthy as the reviewers lack experience, taste and class.

2nd after being e food connoisseur from around the world to include travel in 27 countries and living abroad for 12, we can honestly say that the food quality here was awesome and the service was great! the deep dish pizza is the best in hillsborough county and their special fruit salad is a real treasure. wed find the staff attentive, kind and selfless.

it's a privilege to spend money with this team and this company. we have now gone regularly for several years. after reading some of the "negative" reviews, i wonder how those people were a blessing to those that served them. for instance one couple sitting next to us, tipped only $3.00 on their $19.00 check. people can't raise a family on that. we added a couple to their tip.

bless others and you too will be blessed. the problem with owning a business that serves people, is that they have to serve people! some people can never be pleased and sometimes we are all rude to those that have to put up with us!

outstanding. this is the best pizza place around. they have exceptional salads and pasta dishes as well.

the pizza at olde town is pretty good chicago style pizza, although the sausage is usually a little skimpy. the strawberry salad is awesome. the service is usually slow, however, they have never been rude.

a decent place to get a pie.....nothing more.

terrible customers service. my wife, son and i ordered food. my wife and i got our food and was told my sons would be out soon. we finished and his still never came. we asked if it was coming soon and was told soon. they never offered to cover his pizza or give to us ro go. they finally took it off the bill and never offered to give is the pizza for free. we left with my son not eating. the manager was very rude and all she said was "we took it off the bill, what else do you want. if you want to re-order you can wait for it". i was shocked by this. i never complain, but this was shocking. we loved this place and was my sons favorite place prior. we will never good back after this.

came here with family of four. it was pretty much full, and we were seated with in 5 minutes. food wise it was very satisfying. pizza options were very good we had the white and chicken parmesan thin crust. the other two dishes were pasta dishes, which when i tasted were also very well done. the atmosphere was very good. lots of 📺 with sports playing. if you happen by stop in for some food italian cuisine.

pleasantly surprised. ambiance is nice. wait staff was pleasant. restrooms were clean. food was great. i ordered a small sausage pizza. it was very yummy. i will definitely be going back.

delicious pizza! great place to go with big groups or just your family. servers are friendly and treat you like family. my favorite is the white house pizza and strawberry salad. garlic knots drenched in butter are also a winner!

love the pizza!!. olde town is a great local place that has chicago style pizza! so hard to find here since every place has ny style. they have the normal chicago deep dish, plus a chicago thin style. so many different options too. service can be a little slow sometimes, but the servers are always so friendly though!

we live just west if orlando and we found this place by using urban spoon a few years ago. this is our 4th visit and the primary reason to visit is the awesome strawberry salad. i am not a salad person, but this is an amazing salad for sure. the deep dish pizza is good and i love the sauce as it is made fresh. i also am not a fresh tomato person but the sauce is made with fresh tomatoes that aren't pulverized. it is quite tasty and definitely different than the big chain pizza places. the service was friendly and fairly prompt. the restaurant was not full but it was at least half full with just two or three servers...and all tables seemed well attended. i highly recommend this restaurant even if you just order the amazing incredible strawberry salad. our server was melinda and she was awesome!

i am setting here with a party of eight. this is my first time here and it will be my last. not because of the food or service, but because i cannot get a side salad with a cal zone. i'm not trying to get it for free, i wanted to buy it but couldn't. i could have bought a less expensive sandwich and purchased the salad, but not with a cakzine. a policy that foolish doesn't deserve a return visit.

love it. this place was recently recommended to us by friends. being from chicago i was pleasantly surprised at how good the food was. the deep dish was awesome and very north side chicago style.....the thin was excellent as well. we plan to make this our weekly date place.

all i can say is yum! strawberry salad is to die for!

great place. myself, family, friends and coworkers love this place. my coworkers and i eat lunch here 4 times a week because the food and service is consistently good. at least twice a month we take family or friends for dinner.

worst service ever. so embarrassed that i brought my family from out of town to this place. we used to be regulars until they gave us the worst service of my life! my sister-in-law ordered the deep dish pizza and took one bite and was grossed out. it has a very thick layer of sauce and bad sauce to top it off. she explained to the server that she didn't like it and the server's response was "are you sure? everyone else loves it. you should give it a chance." she then walked away. so rude! she already said she didn't like it. what else did she want? anyway, we got the bill and the pizza was still on there so we asked for a manager three times and each time got the run around. they finally told us that it's not their fault that she didn't like the pizza and refused to remove the pizza from the bill. i was seriously mortified. i have never been so embarrassed in my life. it's not like we are people that try to get free food. our entire bill for the table was over $150. i will never return and i plan on spreading the word as much as possible. they made a huge mistake.
