great food & service. 1st of all, most of the comments on urban spoon are never trustworthy as the reviewers lack experience, taste and class.

2nd after being e food connoisseur from around the world to include travel in 27 countries and living abroad for 12, we can honestly say that the food quality here was awesome and the service was great! the deepdishpizza is the best in hillsborough county and their special fruit salad is a real treasure. wed find the staff attentive, kind and selfless.

it's a privilege to spend money with this team and this company. we have now gone regularly for several years. after reading some of the "negative" reviews, i wonder how those people were a blessing to those that served them. for instance one couple sitting next to us, tipped only $3.00 on their $19.00 check. people can't raise a family on that. we added a couple to their tip.

bless others and you too will be blessed. the problem with owning a business that serves people, is that they have to serve people! some people can never be pleased and sometimes we are all rude to those that have to put up with us!

we live just west if orlando and we found this place by using urban spoon a few years ago. this is our 4th visit and the primary reason to visit is the awesome strawberry salad. i am not a salad person, but this is an amazing salad for sure. the deepdishpizza is good and i love the sauce as it is made fresh. i also am not a fresh tomato person but the sauce is made with fresh tomatoes that aren't pulverized. it is quite tasty and definitely different than the big chain pizza places. the service was friendly and fairly prompt. the restaurant was not full but it was at least half full with just two or three servers...and all tables seemed well attended. i highly recommend this restaurant even if you just order the amazing incredible strawberry salad. our server was melinda and she was awesome!

love it. this place was recently recommended to us by friends. being from chicago i was pleasantly surprised at how good the food was. the deepdishwas awesome and very north side chicago style.....the thin was excellent as well. we plan to make this our weekly date place.

worst service ever. so embarrassed that i brought my family from out of town to this place. we used to be regulars until they gave us the worst service of my life! my sister-in-law ordered the deepdishpizza and took one bite and was grossed out. it has a very thick layer of sauce and bad sauce to top it off. she explained to the server that she didn't like it and the server's response was "are you sure? everyone else loves it. you should give it a chance." she then walked away. so rude! she already said she didn't like it. what else did she want? anyway, we got the bill and the pizza was still on there so we asked for a manager three times and each time got the run around. they finally told us that it's not their fault that she didn't like the pizza and refused to remove the pizza from the bill. i was seriously mortified. i have never been so embarrassed in my life. it's not like we are people that try to get free food. our entire bill for the table was over $150. i will never return and i plan on spreading the word as much as possible. they made a huge mistake.

unusual find. although this is a small restaurant, it's menu packs a punch! the ambience is great. dark booths and ceilings make it cozy, but not claustrophobic. although it is a chicago style pizzeria, they have their own creative way of interpretting that onto your plate. we started with the garlic rolls and strawbery walnut salad with strawberry vinagrette. both were absolutely fantastic! for our main course we ordered a supreme deepdishpie. it was cooked perfectly with the sauce on top. we could not have asked for a better meal. the staff was very well trained, timely and courteous. i highly recommend you eat here.

pretty good, a little pricey. being from chicago, this place was a great find. the deepdishpizza isn't gino's, but a nice meal. i love a good beef and sausage combo. their bread is perfect and holds together with the delicious gravy. beef ... a lttle skimpy; sausage ... too soft and mild. in chicago, you can get a great combo and coke for about $7-8. here, it's over $11 plus tip.

best deepdishpizza around!. i have lived in brandon for close to 10 years now and have never been to olde town pizzeria until today; while the waitress was distant and not very friendly the food surpassed any expectations i had. first, their award winning strawberry salad with candied walnuts and strawberry vinegerette dressing was out of this world delicious, that salad alone is worth come here for; then the deepdishpizza trumped any served not just in brandon but in in the entire state of florida; you can tell from the way your mouth waters that the sauce is fresh and authentic not out of a can and it truely could compete with chicago's deepdishpizzerias. overall if you can mind the less than average waitresses and waiters then you are sure to enjoy a fantastic meal.

the pizza was the best we have ever had fast service the white house thin crust was our favorite the deepdishpeperon was equally great they were great we had leftovers from the 2 medium size you get your moneys worth

best food in the tampa area. i've been to olde town numerous times, it's become a regular, and it is always worth the trip! the pizza is the most delicious pizza i have tasted in years with fresh tomato sauce and the best tasting crust, the deepdishis also delicious. the baked pastas have to be my favorite though. everything on the menu is always fresh and delicious. great service, the girls are friendly and always prompt. give it a try, i promise, you won't be disappointed!

true authentic chicago-style deepdishpizza. very friendly wait staff and very reasonable prices. keep in mind that this style of pizza takes longer to make than thin crust, so plan accordingly.

best alferdo & chicken pizza. best alfredo sauce, mozzarella & chicken deepdishpizza ever!!!
