what a stunning restaurant. the scenery inside thisplacewas amazing, we completely forgot we were in doors.

the food is affordable and so are the drinks. they have countless specials suited for different people.

i would defos return for the food, decor, service and drinks.

haven’t been to o’galito in a while and decided to do lunch there.placewas busy and we waited for a table to open. there was a 2 seater, but the manager asked us to wait for a bigger table, which i appreciated. once the table opened, we were taken there and our drink orders were taken. we opted both for chicken schnitzels (one with chips, one with salad). not a lot of chips were served and i noticed the spicy salt wasn’t on there either. maybe some people didn’t like it. overall good experience.

i loved the prawns and calamari...it was light and had a very tasty basting. although the food was good the restaurant itself did not have a good ambience- it may be because of the restructuring that they have been going through at the mall. the service however was top notch. the waiters and manager was extremely polite and we always approachable. i'd definitely go here again. i've given thisplacea 3 because of the ambience but the food is good borderline great and they had a fantastic service.

they recently extended their restaurant with the mall upgrades. so much better. food is on point. love the specials menu. very affordable. service is excellent. greeted by manager at door. my favouriteplacewhen i'm shopping there.

thisplacehas massive portions, definitely great value for money. their food is really nice and reminds me of my mom's home cooking with some of their dishes (she's a really good cook). their steak is always nice and tender and there are always 3 types of sides to fill you up to the brim. they also have an amazing seafood selection but make sure your wallet is full when you go for that. the restaurant itself also has a very fancy interior, i sometimes feel a little under dressed when i end up going in casual wear. there is a nice wine selection and other great beer selections if you're not into wine. i would not take young kids here though, spur is right next door for that.

i've been to thisplacea few times. every time i've been there i've always been pleasantly surprised. 

the food is very good. the fish is cooked perfectly as well as the steaks. never had any issues with the quality or preparation.

cant talk about sitting outside overlooking the river but inside is a goodplaceto be. soft lighting and very good ambiance.

waiters are friendly and efficient. no messing about they get things done.

simply the best seafood in town . enjoyed their delicious sushi selection as well as their amazing prawns and fish. great greatplaceto enjoy your lovely seafood. the wine pairing together food was spot on. definitely will visit thisplaceagain n again

went in on sunday for the buffett breakfast, theplacewas packed and after a brief wait we were seated. the wide variety of breakfast goods on offer was vast. the food however was cold if you dished from the top and the old micro had to be used to warm it. a great breakfast for banters.

i found myself in centurion the other night, and had the most wonderful dinner at o'galito! the service was professional and fast, yet friendly; the menu large and accommodating; and the food was delicious!

we were greeted warnly at the door an ushered to a spacious table. john, our waiter, was exquisite and the team who helped deliver out food were on point as well.

we had oysters and the portuguese platter for starters, which were both great! for mains i had a fillet steak, which came with chips, spinach and roast veggies - good value for money! the meal was huge! and it was wonderful food. my companions had the steak and prawns combo and the lamb chops, which they loved. i definitely recommend thisplaceto anyone and everyone!

i last visited this particular branch just over three years ago. that was when i was still based in pretoria before moving back to cape town, and whenever i was craving seafood, o'galitos was my natural choice.

had to attend some meetings in pretoria and i just couldn't resist to take an ex- colleague there for dinner. ordered a sumptuous seafood platter which was really fresh and tasty whilst my colleague had the steak and prawns which received an enthusiastic thumbs-up. my platter was brimming with prawns, calamari, mussels, fish and chips and came with a refreshing side salad. excellent value for r149. i always rated the service and on this occasion it was no different. awesomeplacethis and the owners are always checking in and ensuring that everything is going well. highly recommended!

so.. have you ever heard the saying "looks can be deceiving" well, go to thisplaceand find out all about it.. no lie, the presentation is on point, until you taste it. i swear the creme brule literally tasted like prawns, the contrasting layer of hard caramel was actually soft and soggy. the deep fried ice cream which was terrible, it's supposed to be warm in a crispy shell and what we got was cold and mushy with the ice cream already melting out. very unimpressed.

awesome place, great menu, good food. i loved their bbq chicken and ribs. best ribs i've ever had so far in my life. it's chilledplaceby the centurion lake so breeze is nice.

went here again today and the food was great as always, no disappointments at all. i ate the cheddar and mushroom sauce steak it was done to my request and it was perfect and delicious. my partner had the chicken bbq with prawns awesome as well. we were so filled up and satisfied. thanks o'galito for the great food and greatest service.

had a great date night at o galitos. there were fairy lights, parrafin lamps and lights hanging from the trees so a romantic mood is set the minute you walk in the restaurant.

we sat outside on the deck. theplacewas very busy but the service was quick, efficient and friendly.
before ordering, you get freshly baked, crunchy bread rolls with lurpack butter.
their live oysters are fresh and it was the perfect starter. their foods are a rich blend of spices and can be enjoyed if you like some portuguese authenticity.

some birds might get just a little excited about your presence and leave a surprise on your hand or head. usually they have umbrellas but it is shut down in the evenings so be sure to choose a spot not directly under the trees.

thisplacehas a comprehensive menu with some great offerings. i particularly like their sea food with langoustines always coming to mind when i think of their platter. great decor and great service.

so apparently thisplacehas a wonderful half price sushi special everyday from 2pm till after work, which meant we had to try out their food! i sampled one of their live oysters which was on display by the restuarant and wow were they worth the price (or at least for such quality hours away from the ocean). the oysters were as big as an adult thumb if not bigger and very fresh, if they werent at such a pretty penny i would have ordered more. the house wine selections were also appropriate for any wine lover and their prices were less than the quantity we recieved per glass. we tried out the robertsons sauviogn blanc which went well with the sushi. the sushi itself could use a little more work such as the californian roles being a little dry with regards to the rice and the salmon roses skimping on rice, the seared tuna was marvelously spicy and delictable and finally the tiger roll would be an okay for me due to lack of flavours. it would be nice to see some more varieties of sushi but theplacedoes cater for more than just seafood and japaneese. we finally ended off the meal with a very potently creamy chocolate mouse and a slightly burnt but none the less exquisite creme brulee. the food presentation was alright and the service was a little slower than we hoped but all round enjoyable meal.
