i can easily without any second thought in my mind say that this is the bestbakeryin town. they have two outlets. one in rajajinagar near esi hospital and one on west of chord road. i have been relishing their snacks since childhood. the quality has been consistent all these years. every time i pass through thebakerythe aroma makes me nostalgic of my childhood. we always make sure to buy some of their snacks for our relatives who stay outside of bangalore whenever we visit them and it is everyone's favourite. all the products here come fresh out of the oven and freshness in baked food is what gives them the appeal.

sweet and salt biscuits, kara biscuits, coconut biscuits and milk biscuits are soft and buttery.

sponge cake is a must try here. one will never find the same taste else where in bangalore. they are super soft. the plum cake, veg puff, breads and buns are highly recommended too.

and to finish off i need to talk about the rusk. for all its popularity rusk is nothing more than crispy bread. quite a simple concept, but thisbakeryhas made it their stand out item. you have to try them!! it is very addictive and makes the perfect companion with chai. thebakeryis always crowded and they are closed on tuesdays.

needless to say, but this is an all time favourite place. one of the novelties of bangalore one shouldn't miss out on.

this is probably the best and the oldest place in bangalore to buybakeryitems. been going to this place all my life. their milk biscuits are unparalleled. their salt biscuits, dilpasands and plum cakes are to die for. they have the fluffiest puffs in town. every bangalorean loves this bakery!

one of the best desi cookiesbakeryshop i have ever been. super fresh and amazingly tasty cookies. there all the products are very fresh.

butter and chilli cookies were heavenly. apart from that there jaggery wheat cookies are just amazing.

rates are very reasonable and they give you almost everything that they make to taste.

you need to get a token, so that the person will be fully dedicated to cater your order. which is i feel that it's an amazing concept that i have never come across. this gentleman on the picture below was with us for almost 1 hours and helped us to pick up some good stuffs.

if you're a fan of baked goodies, the indian style, then this place has everything it needs to keep you going back to them for more.

variarbakeryas most people call it, has been around for years now, dishing out some of the best milk biscuits, sponge cakes, butter biscuits, rusks amongst the other delectable items they've got on their shelves, in the north-east side of bangalore. you're assured of good quality of snacks which you can taste in every bite of any item that you buy off their shelves. taste of all their snacks is very rich and you can sense the aroma of butter and nuts opening up in your mouth beautifully and coating the back of your tongue with butter. their sponge cakes just melt in your mouth and leave behind the good taste of their soft crust. the puffs are crispy with quality filling inside.

they have two outlets in rajajinagar. both of these outlets are usually crowded and you'll have to wiggle and snuggle around to reach the counter, or else you'll be waiting behind someone and stay there all day. in fact, it gets so crowded that they have a designated queue area for women.

make sure you know what all you want to buy, because it's hard to get hold of one of the hundreds of guys working inside to serve the several hundreds of people at the counter. costs of snacks here are much higher compared to an average bakery, but promises to deliver the goodness that satiates you.

their bake products are superb. i'm speechless for their quality and their pure vegetarian bake products.
almost 80% of the times thisbakeryis crowded you really gotta wait to take ur product. so i advise you to go to thisbakeryin the afternoon rather than evening times.
there's so much to tell about thisbakerybut i don't want to drag a lot so in short. i would like to say is awesome.

this is one legendarybakeryin bangalore. it is one of those places which has seen bangalore evolve from a laid back kannadiga hub into a bustling metropolis
the bakery, though humble, is not short on its offering. they have breads, buns, biscuits, cakes, nipats is apparently each flavour you can think of. i savoured their plum cake and the plain cake here and they were absolutely wholesome. it gives you the vibes of a place that knows what abakeryshould be like and does exactly that, both more nothing less.
the milk and butter biscuits are great too. i saw a 30 minute queue during christmas which tells you how popular this place is with the locals

getting used to the new normal all around with safety measures and social distancing even at restaurants and bakeries.

when it comes to their biscuits, bread or the rolls, the freshness of every item stands apart. be it the crunchiness of the puffs or the softness of their honey cake, it was all awesome.
the kara biscuits were wow while the butter biscuits had their flavour which melts in your mouth.
the coconut-y jam cake was like the upgraded version of a sandwich with crispiness along with every bite.

the first thing which impressed me was the precautions taken at this place to limit the crowd. only a few were allowed in with at least 2 feet distance between each. kudos to the place for the efforts taken concerning masks and sanitizers.

parking shouldn’t be a trouble since it hardly takes a few minutes for the wholebakeryexperience. the service too was quick while the prices do justice to the freshness of the food served around.

very hygienic. you get freshbakeryitems. the best i've had was japanese cake, milk biscuit. masala bread was good too.
