fresh, flavorful, plenty of nunu!. i love nunu's. i've dined on-site, had take-out, too. staff is always friendly, food is absolutely wonderful and the atmosphere is nice. food tastes good, healthy and freshly prepared, unique and exotic. i can't recommend nunu's highly enough, if you want taste, quality and quantity. i love the charbroiled chicken kabob over hashwa. houmus with pita bread is wonderful, too. cost is reasonable. try it out for something different!

i love nunu's! the food is always fresh and homemade. it tastes just like the lebanese food that i was raised on. it is so much more than just another gyro place. kudos to nunu for a job well done!

just like sitti used to make. absolute perfection tonight -- i couldn't be happier.

my m'zhedra (mujaddara, if you will) was just like what my sitti made, and the markouk (mountain bread) i had from the deli/grocery section couldn't have been better.

the owner was charming, amiable, and totally prepared to answer any and all questions that folks in our supper club had.

the venue itself was sparkling clean and well decorated, and the ambient music was just that -- ambient, and not overwhelming.

i think i just found a new favorite, folks.

great mediterranean!. my husband and i love this restaurant and even since we have moved away from edmond, we still drive up to the north side to eat here. the food is made fresh when you order it. it wait is not too bad, just like it would be at most normal restaurants. everything is cooked in front of you and we have yet to try a dish we did not like. the owners are nice and friendly and the cafe in the back is awesome as well. they have these chocolate bites that i have not been able to find anywhere else.....and they are amazing! definitely worth giving it a try!

upon entering, i again shook off expectations because it wasn’t a sit-down/waiter-style restaurant. you order at the front, get a number, and then go grab a seat. i then realized that i thought it would be like mimi’s café down the street, which it isn’t. nunu, mimi, gogo… i think i see a pattern emerging.

nunu's is the best. from the minute you step through the door of this cafe/market you will be impressed with the varied mediterranean menu. even if you don't think that this type of food is for you, at least try their marinated tenderloin kabob. one bite and you will be a convert. their rice pilaf boasts toasted almonds and ground meat. vegans will be overwhelmed with the never ending choices that will make meat lovers envious. my favorite is the vegan sampler platter. they have the traditional hummus, tabouli, lentils and rice (with onions that will make you sign over your first born), cabbage rolls, chicken kabobs, falafel, kibbe.. and there's more... in the back there is a deli case of ready to go meat pies, mediterranean chicken salad, grape leaves, cabbage rolls... and if that wasn't enough they have frozen, bottled, canned and dried ingredients for you to re-create your own masterpieces. and don't forget their homemade baklava( fresh tasting, light, and of course flaky in several varieties). whether you decide to stay and dine in their quaint cafe(outdoor tables too) or take it home for you or a dinner party of 20, you will not be disappointed. the portions are generous and the prices reasonable for the labor intensive treasures that await...

i live in far nw okc and i love it except for the lack of good restaurants that have the "cool factor" that is seen downtown or along n western ave. nunu's definitely fits that bill. the food is delicious, they serve wine and beer, and the staff is friendly. with a place like this nearby, why eat at one of the many unoriginal chain restaurants where the food is bland and the service doesn't care?
