great location, and the jerk chicken sandwich was amazing!! conveniently located between thebeachand the lighthouse.

i really liked this bar and grille. fun, beachy environment. the food taste really good. fyi the hamburgers are big! a little too thick but still tasty. kids grilled cheese sandwich was good as well, cooked with two cheeses and the salads looked amazing. i would recommend if you're around the lighthouse or northbeacharea!

this place was only ok. if you're on north shorebeachand looking for a bite, but don't feel like changing out of your swimsuit, it's perfect. service is high school kids that are slow and confused. the food is only okay for how much it costs, but you'll be hard pressed to find anywhere on this island that isn't overpriced. my husband and i split the 13oz steak and crab legs. the legs were overlooked, but tasted great. the steak was good, but nothing special.
overall, not worth the cost, but the whole island is that way. atmosphere is great. drinks are good.

the food here was ok. nothing special. but the atmosphere was great. a nicebeachbar with a live band on a more secluded area of beach. beautiful view of the ocean and the lighthouse.

good service. food was great. highly recommend the popcorn crawfish. the atmosphere was great. nice littlebeachside restaurant. definitely somewhere i would go back to.

you have to eat here!. this place is definitely a must on your "things to do on tybee island" list. my wife and i have made savannah and tybee our thing to do every year and no trip to this wonderful area is complete without a stop (or two) to northbeachbar and grill. my personal favorite is the blackened swai sandwich with sweet potato fries, and then a nice slice of grilled poundcake!

outdoor seating!. i love dining al fresco and luckily it was warm enough to be outside.
we'd been here a year ago and the fish taco was implanted in my brain.
that's what i had again and was slightly disappointed. the pineapple kept it from being a huge disappointment.

because you can't see thebeachfrom the restaurant, and paying for parking, not sure if i'd go back unless we were on tybee for several days.

perfect location in northbeachaway from touristy areas, near the tybee lighthouse. great spot for drinks and exceedingly above average bar food. we had an amazing seared tuna salad that i'd highly recommend. we were bummed when we were told the crab and salmon dip wasn't ready to serve due to some kind of preparation error, but later in our meal our kind server came out with a complimentary serving of it when it was made. it definitely did not disappoint! try this place, you will love it!!

great laid-backbeachatmosphere. decent amount of parking, for tybee. the four entrees ordered in our party were less than good, but the appetizers were great.

this might be the best place to eat on the island. atmosphere is what you'd expect for abeachbar. the food is not. my wife had the grouper special and i had a vietnamese pho, also a special. both were delicious and satisfying. our server was attentive and quick. don't let the casual appearance fool you. the food is a huge leap above the usualbeachfare.

northbeachbar and grill. northbeachbar & grill is a good option for a quick lunch on tybee while spending the day at thebeachduring the holidays. it is conveniently located up on north beach, obviously.

for starters, try the popcorn crawfish or seafood fritters. both are quite good. i can recommend the hot dog and grilled chicken as being tasty lunch options. the fries, cole slaw, and pasta salad are all good choices for sides.

prices are reasonable, and everything this littlebeachshack serves is just wonderful.

great sauteed shrimp. this was our first visit to the northbeachbar and grill. i'd generally assumed it was a typicalbeachside restaurant, but after reading reviews tried it out. the sauteed shrimp is wonderful albeit one of the messiest dishes i've ever eaten. the shrimp are in a great blend of butter, lime juice, garlic and prudhome's seafood magic. the sweet potato fries are served with a honey balsamic reduction which i thought would be odd, but tasted great.

the best beer on tybee!. i had the best lunch here after such a rough day. i ordered the fried cod sandwich and sweet potato fries. delish!!! wonderful and well-seasoned. the other order was jerk chicken sandwich and regular fries. the fries were great, very rustic. the jerk sandwich was awful and tasteless. being from the caribbean islands, i know what jerk should taste like and i also know when it's not right. the minute i was told it was not spicy, i knew it was an epic fail. don't order jerk chicken at a restaurant on thebeachunless it's in jamaica. however, they have the best and the coldest beer in tybee. the service was wonderful, the server very attentive and funny without being corny and disrespectful. this location set the mood for a day at the beach!! it was a wonderful place to eat! very laid back.

a bit warm inside but good drinks and food. the make a nice margarita and we also had an appetizer of the popcorn crawfish that was excellent. nicely spiced and a nice portion to share with others. it is a bit warm inside since it is just a screened in patio but cold drinks help that problem and it is right on the edge of thebeachso you can hit it before, during or after the beach.
